【摘要】：本文選取227個國家和地區(qū)的2012年有關(guān)樣本數(shù)據(jù)實證分析FDI對一國或地區(qū)腐敗的影響,研究結(jié)果顯示,FDI與一國腐敗程度呈負(fù)相關(guān),表明FDI能降低一國或地區(qū)的腐敗程度。同時,為進(jìn)一步探討FDI對中國腐敗程度的影響,本文選取1995—2014年中國有關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行實證分析,結(jié)果顯示FDI與腐敗程度呈正相關(guān),這表明FDI增加并不能改善中國的腐敗水平。另外,研究還發(fā)現(xiàn)中國教育的廣度對改善腐敗程度不顯著,而教育深度有助于腐敗程度的改善;人均收入水平與腐敗程度負(fù)相關(guān);法律制度的完善并未降低腐敗程度。要加速發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì),繼續(xù)加大引進(jìn)FDI的力度,提高法律法規(guī)的執(zhí)行效率,因為FDI不僅對直接降低腐敗水平有積極作用,而且可以通過影響其他制度間接降低腐敗水平。
[Abstract]:This paper empirically analyzes the influence of FDI on corruption in a country or region from 227 countries and regions in 2012. The results show that there is a negative correlation between FDI and the degree of corruption in a country, indicating that FDI can reduce the degree of corruption in a country or region. At the same time, in order to further explore the impact of FDI on the degree of corruption in China, this paper selects the relevant data from 1995 to 2014 for empirical analysis. The results show that there is a positive correlation between FDI and the degree of corruption, which indicates that the increase of FDI can not improve the level of corruption in China. In addition, the study also found that the breadth of education in China is not significant in improving the degree of corruption, while the depth of education contributes to the improvement of the degree of corruption; the level of per capita income is negatively correlated with the degree of corruption; and the perfection of the legal system has not reduced the degree of corruption. It is necessary to speed up the development of economy, continue to strengthen the introduction of FDI, and improve the enforcement efficiency of laws and regulations, because FDI not only plays a positive role in directly reducing the level of corruption, but also indirectly reduces the level of corruption by influencing other systems.
