【摘要】：城鎮(zhèn)化是經(jīng)濟(jì)和社會發(fā)展的強(qiáng)大引擎,也是衡量社會進(jìn)步的標(biāo)志以及擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需的潛力所在,城鎮(zhèn)化的發(fā)展一直以來都備受各方所關(guān)注的,所以對于城鎮(zhèn)化的研究是具有重要意義的。而在城鎮(zhèn)化的過程中必然是離不開金融的支持,金融是經(jīng)濟(jì)的核心,金融規(guī)模的不斷擴(kuò)大,金融結(jié)構(gòu)的不斷優(yōu)化、金融效率的不斷提高,可以更好的實(shí)現(xiàn)資金的融通和要素優(yōu)化等功能,提升城鎮(zhèn)化的水平。所以在城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)中必須要重視金融的發(fā)展,發(fā)揮其在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的助力作用。安徽省作為中部崛起的省份之一,一直在積極的推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化的建設(shè)。改革開放以來,安徽省的城鎮(zhèn)化率有了較大提高,從1978年的12.62%增加到了 2015年的50.5%,城鎮(zhèn)化在快速的發(fā)展中,而安徽省金融發(fā)展水平的不斷提高對推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)揮了重要作用。但是在看到所取得一定成果的同時也應(yīng)該認(rèn)識到安徽省的城鎮(zhèn)化水平以及金融發(fā)展的水平與其他發(fā)達(dá)的省份之間還是存在一定差距的,相比較發(fā)達(dá)省份,安徽省的城鎮(zhèn)化水平有待進(jìn)一步的提升,金融發(fā)展水平也是有待提高的。因此本文以安徽省為研究對象,對安徽省金融發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化的影響進(jìn)行分析研究,并在研究的基礎(chǔ)上提出一些對策建議,從而更好的發(fā)揮金融市場融通資金等功能來推動城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),這對于安徽省不斷的提升金融發(fā)展水平,提高城鎮(zhèn)化水平、實(shí)現(xiàn)安徽省經(jīng)濟(jì)與社會的更優(yōu)質(zhì)的發(fā)展具有一定的實(shí)踐價值和意義。本文是分為了五個部分。第一部分是文章的緒論。在這一部分中首先是描述了文章的研究背景、研究的意義。其次對于金融發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化的影響的國內(nèi)外的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行梳理。然后介紹了本文的研究內(nèi)容以及研究方法,最后提出了本文存在的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)以及在寫作中存在的不足。第二部分是對金融發(fā)展以及城鎮(zhèn)化的相關(guān)的理論的介紹。本部分首先是介紹了金融發(fā)展的概念以及金融發(fā)展主要的理論。其次介紹了城鎮(zhèn)化的概念以及其主要的理論。本章的最后是金融發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化的作用分析,主要是從金融發(fā)展對人口城鎮(zhèn)化、對于產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化以及對于城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展方面的作用進(jìn)行的分析。第三部分是安徽省金融發(fā)展與城鎮(zhèn)化的現(xiàn)狀分析。在本章首先介紹安徽省金融發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀,主要是從安徽省金融規(guī)模、金融結(jié)構(gòu)、金融效率這三個方面進(jìn)行分析的,并結(jié)合對比分析提出安徽省金融發(fā)展存在的問題,其次從人口城鎮(zhèn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化以及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展三個方面分析了安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化的現(xiàn)狀,也結(jié)合了對比分析提出在城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中存在的問題。本章的最后一部分是對安徽省金融發(fā)展支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,主要是從金融發(fā)展支持人口城鎮(zhèn)化、支持產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化以及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展三個方面進(jìn)行分析的,并基于以上分析提出金融發(fā)展支持城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)存在的不足之處。第四部分是安徽省金融發(fā)展對城鎮(zhèn)化影響的實(shí)證研究。本章主要是選取了安徽省16個地級市相關(guān)指標(biāo)的數(shù)據(jù),建立面板數(shù)據(jù)模型研究安徽省金融規(guī)模、金融結(jié)構(gòu)以及金融效率這三個指標(biāo)分別對人口城鎮(zhèn)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化以及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的影響。在本章中首先介紹了模型指標(biāo)的選取以及數(shù)據(jù)的來源,其次對于數(shù)據(jù)的平穩(wěn)性進(jìn)行了檢驗(yàn),在經(jīng)過數(shù)據(jù)的平穩(wěn)性檢驗(yàn)之后,通過F檢驗(yàn)和Hausman檢驗(yàn)確定了三個模型的形式,最后建立了三個面板數(shù)據(jù)模型并對實(shí)證的結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析,實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,安徽省金融規(guī)模對于城鎮(zhèn)化三個指標(biāo)的影響的系數(shù)符號與理論上預(yù)期相符,但是相比較而言,安徽省金融規(guī)模對于對城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的促進(jìn)作用最大,對人口城鎮(zhèn)化次之,對產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化所產(chǎn)生的促進(jìn)作用最小。安徽省金融效率對于產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化產(chǎn)生了微弱的促進(jìn)作用,但是卻抑制了人口城鎮(zhèn)化以及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展,且對于城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的抑制作用較大。安徽省金融結(jié)構(gòu)對于產(chǎn)業(yè)城鎮(zhèn)化產(chǎn)生了微弱的促進(jìn)作用,但是對于人口城鎮(zhèn)化以及城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展的影響的系數(shù)并未通過顯著性檢驗(yàn)。第五部分是研究結(jié)論和政策建議。在本章首先總結(jié)了文章的研究結(jié)論,然后基于前面的分析提出一些對策建議,從而更好的發(fā)揮金融在推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)中的助力作用,提升安徽省城鎮(zhèn)化水平。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is a powerful engine of economic and social development. It is also the symbol of social progress and the potential of expanding domestic demand. The development of urbanization has always been concerned by all parties. Therefore, the study of urbanization is of great significance. In the process of urbanization, it is inevitable that financial support is inseparable from the financial support. The core of the economy, the continuous expansion of the financial scale, the continuous optimization of the financial structure and the continuous improvement of the financial efficiency can better realize the functions of financing and factor optimization, and improve the level of urbanization. Therefore, in the construction of urbanization, we must attach importance to the development of Finance and play its role in the construction of urbanization in Anhui. As one of the provinces rising in the middle of China, the province has been actively promoting the construction of urbanization. Since the reform and opening up, the urbanization rate of Anhui province has been greatly improved, from 12.62% in 1978 to 50.5% in 2015, urbanization in rapid development, and the continuous improvement of the level of financial development in Anhui has played an important role in promoting urbanization. But at the same time, we should realize that the level of urbanization in Anhui province and the level of financial development still exist between the developed provinces and the developed provinces. Compared with the developed provinces, the level of urbanization in Anhui province needs to be further promoted and the level of financial development needs to be improved. This article, taking Anhui Province as the research object, analyzes and studies the impact of Anhui's financial development on urbanization, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions on the basis of the research, so as to give full play to financial market financing and other functions to promote the construction of urbanization, which will continuously improve the level of financial development and improve the urbanization water in Anhui province. It has a certain practical value and significance to realize the better development of Anhui's economy and society. This article is divided into five parts. The first part is the introduction of the article. In this part, the first is the description of the research background and the significance of the research. Secondly, the domestic and foreign literature on the impact of financial development on urbanization is introduced. Then it introduces the research contents and methods of this article, and finally puts forward the innovation points and the shortcomings in the writing. The second part is the introduction of the related theories of financial development and urbanization. The first part is the introduction of the concept of financial development and the main theory of financial development. Secondly, the second part is the main theory of financial development. This chapter introduces the concept of urbanization and its main theories. The last part of this chapter is the analysis of the role of financial development on urbanization, mainly from the analysis of the urbanization of the population, the urbanization of the industry and the role of urban and rural development in the aspects of the financial development. The third part is the analysis of the current situation of the financial development and urbanization in Anhui. This chapter first introduces the current situation of financial development in Anhui Province, mainly from the analysis of the three aspects of the financial scale, financial structure and financial efficiency of Anhui Province, and puts forward the existing problems in the financial development of Anhui province with comparative analysis. Secondly, it analyzes the three aspects of Anhui from the urbanization of the population, the industrialization of industry and the overall development of urban and rural areas. The present situation of provincial urbanization has also been combined with comparative analysis. The last part of this chapter is the analysis of the status of Anhui's financial development supporting urbanization, mainly from the three aspects of financial development supporting the urbanization of the population, the support of the industrialization of the industrial city and the overall development of urban and rural areas. The fourth part is the empirical study on the impact of the financial development on Urbanization in Anhui province. This chapter mainly selects the data of the related indexes of 16 cities in Anhui Province, and establishes the panel data model to study the financial scale, the financial structure and the financial structure of Anhui province. The three indexes of financial efficiency are affected by population urbanization, industrial urbanization and urban and rural overall development respectively. In this chapter, the selection of model indexes and the source of data are introduced first. Secondly, the stability of data is tested. After the test of data stability, three of them have been determined by F test and Hausman test. In the form of the model, three panel data models are established and the results of the empirical analysis are analyzed. The empirical results show that the coefficient symbols of the impact of the financial scale of Anhui on the three indicators of urbanization are in agreement with the theory, but in comparison, the gold melting scale of Anhui Province has the most important role in promoting the overall development of urban and rural areas. Anhui Province financial efficiency has a weak promotion effect on industrial urbanization, but it has restrained the urbanization of population and the overall development of urban and rural areas, and it has great inhibition effect on the overall development of urban and rural areas. The financial structure of Anhui province for industrial cities and towns. The fifth part is the conclusion and the policy suggestion. In this chapter, we first summarize the conclusion of the article, and then put forward some suggestions based on the previous analysis, so as to make better use of the finance. In boosting urbanization, it helps to improve the level of urbanization in Anhui.
