【摘要】：本文基于中國1985—2015年數(shù)據(jù),對中國接受的對外援助對FDI流入的影響進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究,著重考察中國接受的對外援助通過作用于中國的人力資本、金融發(fā)展水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和貿(mào)易開放度進(jìn)而對FDI流入產(chǎn)生的影響,主要得到以下結(jié)論:一是中國接受的對外援助促進(jìn)了FDI流入;二是人力資本的提升與FDI流入是負(fù)相關(guān)關(guān)系,中國接受的對外援助通過作用于人力資本進(jìn)而對FDI流入產(chǎn)生的是負(fù)面影響;三是金融發(fā)展水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、貿(mào)易開放度與FDI流入是正相關(guān)關(guān)系,中國接受的對外援助通過作用于金融發(fā)展水平、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、貿(mào)易開放度進(jìn)而對FDI流入產(chǎn)生的是正面影響,其中通過作用于基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)對FDI流入產(chǎn)生的正面影響不顯著;四是金融發(fā)展水平和貿(mào)易開放度的提高顯著增強(qiáng)了中國接受的對外援助對FDI流入產(chǎn)生的正面影響,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)沒有顯著增強(qiáng)中國接受的對外援助對FDI流入產(chǎn)生的正面影響。并據(jù)此提出了全球經(jīng)濟(jì)下行壓力較大情況下,如何積極引進(jìn)FDI來促進(jìn)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)增長的建議。
[Abstract]:Based on China's data from 1985 to 2015, this paper makes an empirical study on the impact of China's foreign aid on the inflow of FDI, focusing on the level of human capital and financial development that China receives through its role in human capital and financial development. The influence of infrastructure construction and trade openness on FDI inflow is as follows: first, the foreign aid received by China promotes the inflow of FDI; second, the promotion of human capital is negatively related to the inflow of FDI. The foreign aid received by China has a negative impact on the inflow of FDI by acting on human capital. Third, the level of financial development, the construction of infrastructure, the degree of trade openness and the inflow of FDI are positively correlated. The foreign aid received by China has a positive effect on the inflow of FDI through the level of financial development, infrastructure construction and trade openness, among which the positive impact on the inflow of FDI is not significant through the effect of infrastructure construction. Fourth, the improvement of financial development level and trade openness significantly enhanced the positive impact of China's foreign aid on the FDI inflow, while the infrastructure construction did not significantly enhance the positive impact of China's foreign aid on the FDI inflow. Based on this, the paper puts forward some suggestions on how to introduce FDI to promote China's economic growth under the condition of global economic downward pressure.
