【摘要】：隨著國(guó)際和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)政治形勢(shì)變化,沉寂多年的東亞貨幣合作又將迎來(lái)新的發(fā)展時(shí)機(jī),對(duì)過(guò)去合作經(jīng)歷的重新審視有助于未來(lái)合作的順利展開。通過(guò)借鑒貨幣政治學(xué)相關(guān)研究并使用金融資產(chǎn)交易引力模型進(jìn)行回歸分析,全面考察東亞貨幣合作后發(fā)現(xiàn):美元體系帶來(lái)的貨幣困境、制度困境與結(jié)構(gòu)困境共同促成了東亞國(guó)家對(duì)于貨幣合作的強(qiáng)烈需求;在東亞貨幣合作進(jìn)程中,歷史賦予了"10+3"主導(dǎo)、大國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、"東盟方式"等三大特點(diǎn),其中中日競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作是東亞貨幣合作內(nèi)生驅(qū)動(dòng)力的關(guān)鍵,在合作制度層面與金融一體化層面都有著重要影響。未來(lái)中日兩國(guó)需高瞻遠(yuǎn)矚,妥善解決政治分歧,在"互聯(lián)互通"理念下協(xié)同推進(jìn)東亞區(qū)域貨幣與金融合作。
[Abstract]:With the changes of international and regional economic and political situation, East Asian monetary cooperation, which has been silent for many years, will ushered in a new opportunity for development. A re-examination of the past cooperation experience is conducive to the smooth development of future cooperation. By referring to the relevant studies of monetary politics and using the gravity model of financial asset trading to carry out regression analysis, it is found that the currency dilemma brought about by the US dollar system is the result of a comprehensive investigation of East Asian monetary cooperation. The institutional dilemma and the structural dilemma together contributed to the strong demand for monetary cooperation in East Asian countries. In the process of monetary cooperation in East Asia, history has given three characteristics: "103" dominance, "great power competition", "ASEAN mode", etc. The competition and cooperation between China and Japan is the key to the endogenous driving force of East Asian monetary cooperation, which has an important influence on both the cooperation system and the financial integration. In the future, China and Japan should be far-sighted, properly resolve their political differences, and promote regional monetary and financial cooperation in East Asia under the concept of "connectivity".
