【摘要】：P2P借貸相對于傳統(tǒng)金融中介具有向下整合閑散資金并降低交易成本的優(yōu)勢,在"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"和"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)萬眾創(chuàng)新"的政策背景下能夠有效倒逼傳統(tǒng)金融中介改革,為創(chuàng)新企業(yè)提供資金.但目前行業(yè)仍存在嚴(yán)重的監(jiān)管缺失問題,而銀監(jiān)會等政府部門監(jiān)管缺乏法律授權(quán),監(jiān)管行為缺乏積極性.因此,提出了以《互聯(lián)網(wǎng)信息搜索服務(wù)管理規(guī)定》為契機(jī),通過監(jiān)管百度對P2P的推廣業(yè)務(wù)進(jìn)而規(guī)范行業(yè)發(fā)展的思路,并論證了這種方法的有效性.百度搜索量對P2P用戶投資行為的相關(guān)性分析表明,監(jiān)管百度推廣業(yè)務(wù)能有效阻礙問題平臺獲得用戶,進(jìn)而減少問題平臺的產(chǎn)生及影響.
[Abstract]:Compared with traditional financial intermediaries, P2P lending has the advantages of integrating idle funds downward and reducing transaction costs. Under the policy background of "Internet" and "mass entrepreneurship innovation", P2P lending can effectively push down the reform of traditional financial intermediation. Provide funds for innovative enterprises. However, there are still serious problems in the industry, such as the Banking Regulatory Commission and other government departments lack of legal authority, regulatory action lack of enthusiasm. Therefore, this paper puts forward the idea of standardizing the development of the industry by supervising Baidu's promotion of P2P services by taking the Management Regulation of Internet Information search Service as an opportunity, and demonstrates the effectiveness of this method. The correlation analysis of Baidu search amount to P2P users' investment behavior shows that the supervision of Baidu promotion business can effectively hinder the problem platform access to users, and then reduce the problem platform generation and impact.
