【摘要】：普惠金融作為一種金融服務(wù)業(yè)態(tài),以可負(fù)擔(dān)的成本為有金融服務(wù)需求的社會各階層和群體提供適當(dāng)、有效的金融服務(wù),能在較大范圍上提升金融對實體經(jīng)濟的造血功能。剛剛召開的全國金融工作會議明確指出,要建設(shè)普惠金融體系,加強對小微企業(yè)、"三農(nóng)"和偏遠地區(qū)的金融服務(wù),推進金融精準(zhǔn)扶貧,鼓勵發(fā)展綠色金融。本文對普惠金融的商業(yè)可持續(xù)性、市場化和政策結(jié)合情況,以及數(shù)字普惠金融的監(jiān)管等作了研究,對正在或準(zhǔn)備開展普惠金融服務(wù)的金融機構(gòu)有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:As a financial service form, inclusive finance can provide appropriate and effective financial services to all social strata and groups with financial service demand at affordable cost, which can promote the hematopoiesis function of finance to the real economy in a large scale.The National Financial work Conference just held has clearly pointed out that it is necessary to build an inclusive financial system, strengthen financial services for small and micro enterprises, agriculture, rural areas and remote areas, promote financial precision in poverty alleviation, and encourage the development of green finance.This paper studies the commercial sustainability, marketization and policy combination of inclusive finance, as well as the supervision of digital inclusive finance, which is of certain reference value to financial institutions that are carrying out or preparing to carry out inclusive financial services.
