【摘要】：區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)被認(rèn)為是金融信用發(fā)展史上繼實(shí)物信用、貴金屬信用、央行紙幣信用后的第四個(gè)里程碑。區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)所具有的去中心化、去信任化、可追溯和不可篡改等特點(diǎn),使得互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的用途可能從傳統(tǒng)信息傳遞向價(jià)值傳遞轉(zhuǎn)變。分析區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)在金融業(yè)的應(yīng)用不但能夠大幅提升資本市場和金融中介的效率,而且可能將重新定義貨幣、信用、支付職能等體現(xiàn)金融本質(zhì)的概念,通過重塑信用形成機(jī)制將改變目前金融業(yè)現(xiàn)有的基礎(chǔ)架構(gòu)、資產(chǎn)管理、金融監(jiān)管、產(chǎn)品服務(wù)體系和金融業(yè)形態(tài)等,通過廣泛共識和價(jià)值分享,創(chuàng)造金融領(lǐng)域新的價(jià)值體系和秩序規(guī)則,引起傳統(tǒng)金融的重構(gòu)和顛覆。但是目前區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)的研究還處于探索階段,技術(shù)瓶頸、安全和監(jiān)管等方面仍面臨諸多挑戰(zhàn)。
[Abstract]:Block chain technology is regarded as the fourth milestone in the history of financial credit after physical credit, precious metal credit and central bank paper currency credit.Block chain technology has the characteristics of decentralization, detrust, traceability and non-tampering, which may change the use of Internet from traditional information transmission to value transmission.Analysis of the application of blockchain technology in the financial industry not only can greatly improve the efficiency of capital markets and financial intermediation, but may also redefine the concepts of money, credit, payment functions and so on, which reflect the essence of finance.By reshaping the credit formation mechanism, it will change the current financial industry's existing infrastructure, asset management, financial supervision, product and service systems, and the shape of the financial sector, and through broad consensus and value sharing,Create new value system and order rules in financial field, cause reconstruction and subversion of traditional finance.However, the research of blockchain technology is still in the exploratory stage, and the technology bottleneck, safety and supervision still face many challenges.
