【摘要】：2002年以來,外匯占款一直是我國貨幣供給的主渠道,但2015年我國外匯儲(chǔ)備連續(xù)多個(gè)季度出現(xiàn)凈額下降,導(dǎo)致外匯占款不斷下降。文章通過對(duì)2002~2015年的月度數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,研究外匯占款下降對(duì)我國貨幣供給機(jī)制的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:自2011年開始,外匯占款對(duì)我國貨幣供給的影響較之前有所下降,央行更多地通過公開市場(chǎng)操作、再貸款和創(chuàng)新性貨幣政策工具主動(dòng)供應(yīng)基礎(chǔ)貨幣,大量增加金融機(jī)構(gòu)貸款來補(bǔ)充流動(dòng)性。未來央行應(yīng)積極面對(duì)新的變化,構(gòu)建新常態(tài)的貨幣供給機(jī)制,穩(wěn)定市場(chǎng)的總體流動(dòng)性水平。
[Abstract]:Since 2002, the foreign exchange account has been the main channel of our country's money supply, but in 2015, China's foreign exchange reserve has declined in net for many consecutive quarters, which led to the continuous decline of foreign exchange.Based on the analysis of monthly data from 2002 to 2015, this paper studies the influence of the decline of foreign exchange on the mechanism of money supply in China.The results show that since 2011, the impact of foreign exchange on China's money supply has declined, and the central bank has been more open market operation, re-lending and innovative monetary policy tools to actively supply base money.A large increase in loans from financial institutions to replenish liquidity.In the future, the central bank should actively face the new changes, construct the new normal money supply mechanism, and stabilize the overall liquidity level of the market.
