【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著我國(guó)網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷興起,實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的生存空間進(jìn)一步被壓縮;國(guó)家一再提出要讓金融機(jī)構(gòu)把優(yōu)質(zhì)貸款投向?qū)嶓w經(jīng)濟(jì),以促進(jìn)實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。這為HS銀行微貸事業(yè)部的誕生提供了契機(jī),在當(dāng)下的經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境下,大中型企業(yè)基本可以獲得穩(wěn)定的貸款,但往往伴隨的問(wèn)題是產(chǎn)能過(guò)剩,比如房地產(chǎn)周邊行業(yè)和大型生產(chǎn)加工企業(yè),而一些小微企業(yè)卻往往因?yàn)榈貌坏姐y行的貸款支持而難以為繼,這些小微企業(yè)往往都是那些真正與老百姓生活息息相關(guān)的生活類產(chǎn)業(yè),是我們生活中不可缺少的部分,所以微貸事業(yè)部服務(wù)的對(duì)象恰恰就是這一部分小微企業(yè)主,針對(duì)民生,服務(wù)大眾,將業(yè)務(wù)落地,真正從細(xì)微處支持實(shí)體經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。本文以HS銀行微貸事業(yè)部為研究主體,主要研究對(duì)象為微貸事業(yè)部的現(xiàn)行管理模式,目的在于對(duì)現(xiàn)行的管理模式進(jìn)行深入的研究和分析,找出優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì),分析不足,并且探索出能夠改善其弱點(diǎn)的方法,從而為其今后的不斷優(yōu)化提供有效的意見(jiàn)和建議,本文共分為五個(gè)章節(jié)開(kāi)展研究:第一章為緒論,主要介紹了本文研究的研究背景以及研究意義。第二章為微貸業(yè)務(wù)管理模式的概念和簡(jiǎn)介,主要介紹了微貸業(yè)務(wù)的相關(guān)概念、我國(guó)微貸業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及微貸業(yè)務(wù)管理模式的主要類別、不同類別的主要特征。第三章主要介紹了 HS銀行微貸業(yè)務(wù)的管理模式現(xiàn)狀以及微貸事業(yè)部現(xiàn)狀,并分析現(xiàn)有管理模式下產(chǎn)生的問(wèn)題。第四章主要針對(duì)第三章分析得出的問(wèn)題提出具體的解決方法和改進(jìn)對(duì)策。第五章是本文的結(jié)論與展望。通過(guò)本文的研究得出了以下結(jié)論:HS銀行現(xiàn)有的微貸業(yè)務(wù)管理模式已不適應(yīng)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)的需要,存在操作風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高、勞動(dòng)密集度高及欠缺統(tǒng)一標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等問(wèn)題,HS銀行微貸事業(yè)部要積極轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)營(yíng)觀念,加快推進(jìn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)的應(yīng)用及實(shí)踐,以客戶為中心實(shí)施服務(wù)創(chuàng)新,注重虛擬渠道的建設(shè)、加快金融創(chuàng)新的腳步。本文的研究成果將為HS銀行微貸事業(yè)部在其他各行小微企業(yè)金融業(yè)務(wù)的沖擊和挑戰(zhàn)下,探索出一條最適合小微企業(yè)主的貸款方式,更好地服務(wù)民生大眾,在與同業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中拔得頭籌,對(duì)全面提升自身的業(yè)務(wù)效率及影響力采取的改進(jìn)對(duì)策具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義!
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rising of the network economy in our country, the living space of the real economy has been further compressed, and the state has repeatedly proposed that financial institutions should invest high-quality loans to the real economy in order to promote the development of the real economy.This provides an opportunity for the emergence of HS Bank's micro-lending division. In the current economic environment, large and medium-sized enterprises can basically obtain stable loans, but the accompanying problem is often overcapacity.For example, the industries around real estate and large manufacturing and processing enterprises, while some small and micro enterprises are often unable to sustain themselves because they are not supported by bank loans.These small and micro enterprises are often life industries that are really closely related to the lives of ordinary people, and they are an indispensable part of our lives. Therefore, the micro-loan business department serves precisely this part of the small and micro business owners, aiming at the people's livelihood.Service to the public, the business landing, the real support from the nuance of the real economy development.In this paper, the micro-loan department of HS Bank is taken as the main research subject, and the main research object is the current management mode of the micro-loan business department. The purpose of this paper is to conduct in-depth research and analysis on the current management model, to find out the advantages and disadvantages, and to analyze the shortcomings.And to explore ways to improve its weaknesses, so as to provide effective advice and suggestions for its future continuous optimization. This paper is divided into five chapters to carry out research: the first chapter is the introduction.This paper mainly introduces the research background and significance.The second chapter is the concept and brief introduction of micro-loan business management mode. It mainly introduces the related concepts of micro-loan business, the development status of micro-loan business in China, the main categories of micro-loan business management mode, and the main characteristics of different types.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of the management mode of the micro-loan business of HS Bank and the present situation of the micro-loan business department, and analyzes the problems arising from the existing management mode.The fourth chapter mainly puts forward the concrete solution and the improvement countermeasure in view of the third chapter analysis problem.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.Through the research of this paper, the following conclusions are drawn: the existing microloan management mode of the 10 ~ (th) HS Bank is no longer suitable for the needs of the current economic situation, and the operational risk is high.Some problems such as high labor intensity and lack of uniform standard should be taken by the micro-loan department of HS Bank to change the management concept actively, accelerate the application and practice of network technology, take the customer as the center to implement service innovation, and pay attention to the construction of virtual channel.Speed up the pace of financial innovation.The research results of this paper will provide HS Bank Microloan Division with the impact and challenge of other small and micro enterprise financial business, and explore a loan mode that is most suitable for small and micro business owners to better serve the people's livelihood.In the competition with the industry out of the top, to improve their own business efficiency and influence of the adoption of improvement measures have practical significance!
