【摘要】：隨著企業(yè)信息化發(fā)展,眾多企業(yè)引入了 ERP系統(tǒng)。ERP系統(tǒng)在處理現(xiàn)金管理事務(wù)中,透露出了企業(yè)與銀行之間缺少信息共享的問題。A集團(tuán)是國(guó)內(nèi)大型的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)企業(yè),處理現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)的付款、收款查詢、現(xiàn)金上調(diào)下?lián)軜I(yè)務(wù)主要依賴于網(wǎng)上銀行服務(wù),集團(tuán)不能通過ERP將一些現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)直接傳送到銀行系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行處理,銀行的現(xiàn)金管理信息也不能同步更新到企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)中,這導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程的繁瑣以及財(cái)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)的不準(zhǔn)確。本研究提出了 A集團(tuán)ERP系統(tǒng)與跨銀行現(xiàn)金管理平臺(tái)進(jìn)行集成的解決方案,首先對(duì)ERP系統(tǒng)與跨銀行現(xiàn)金管理平臺(tái)集成后的現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),然后設(shè)計(jì)了數(shù)據(jù)集成的整體框架,提出了基于Web Services技術(shù)的信息交互方案,設(shè)計(jì)了集成的兩個(gè)重要模塊,現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)請(qǐng)求模塊和現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)處理模塊,并且對(duì)A集團(tuán)的三種現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)交互的XML文件進(jìn)行了定義,進(jìn)而對(duì)集成做了前端的頁面實(shí)現(xiàn)以及后臺(tái)的XML以及具體功能模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)的集成優(yōu)化了 A集團(tuán)現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程,本研究應(yīng)用Arena仿真軟件從整個(gè)集團(tuán)現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程的角度對(duì)集成前后現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)的流程仿真研究,評(píng)價(jià)集成的科學(xué)性以及有效性,驗(yàn)證集成可以實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)成本的降低和處理效率的提升。A集團(tuán)的ERP系統(tǒng)與跨現(xiàn)金銀行管理平臺(tái)的集成與實(shí)現(xiàn),指導(dǎo)其它企業(yè)在改進(jìn)現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程時(shí),要充分考慮企業(yè)自身的需要,選取適宜的現(xiàn)金管理平臺(tái)與企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行集成,實(shí)現(xiàn)提高企業(yè)績(jī)效的目的。同時(shí),可以為其他大中型企業(yè)完善自身現(xiàn)金管理系統(tǒng),優(yōu)化企業(yè)現(xiàn)金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程提供一定的借鑒。
[Abstract]:With the development of enterprise informatization, many enterprises have introduced ERP system. In dealing with cash management affairs, it is revealed that the lack of information sharing between enterprises and banks. Group A is a large domestic Internet enterprise.Processing cash management business payments, receiving inquiries, cash upregulation and down-payment mainly rely on online banking services. Groups cannot directly transfer some cash management business data to the banking system through ERP for processing.The cash management information of the bank can not be updated into the enterprise ERP system, which leads to the red tape of the cash management business process and the inaccuracy of the financial data.In this paper, a solution for the integration of A group ERP system with cross-bank cash management platform is proposed. Firstly, the cash management business process after the integration of ERP system and cross-bank cash management platform is designed.Then, the whole frame of data integration is designed, and the information exchange scheme based on Web Services technology is proposed. Two important modules, cash management business request module and cash management business processing module, are designed.At the same time, the paper defines three kinds of XML files of cash management business data interaction in group A, and then realizes the front-end page, the backstage XML and the specific function module of the integration.The integration of the system optimizes the cash management business process of Group A. This study uses Arena simulation software to simulate the cash management business process before and after the integration from the perspective of the whole group cash management business process.To evaluate the scientificity and validity of the integration, verify that the integration can reduce the cost of cash management business and improve the processing efficiency. A group of ERP system and cross-cash bank management platform integration and implementation.When guiding other enterprises to improve the cash management business process, we should fully consider the needs of the enterprise itself, select the appropriate cash management platform to integrate with the enterprise financial system to achieve the purpose of improving enterprise performance.At the same time, it can provide some reference for other large and medium-sized enterprises to perfect their own cash management system and optimize their cash management business process.
