【摘要】：正一、本刊對(duì)所有來稿進(jìn)行進(jìn)行雙向匿名審稿及學(xué)術(shù)不端性檢測。為尊重作者版權(quán)、維護(hù)本刊學(xué)術(shù)質(zhì)量,作者必須保證來稿無抄襲、無署名排序爭議,來稿文責(zé)自負(fù)。凡作者向本刊投稿并刊登,本刊即認(rèn)定作者已將稿件的復(fù)制權(quán)、發(fā)行權(quán)、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)傳播權(quán)、翻譯權(quán)、匯編權(quán)轉(zhuǎn)讓給本刊,如作者對(duì)此有異議請(qǐng)事先書面說明。
[Abstract]:In the first place, we conduct two-way anonymous review and academic misconduct for all contributions.In order to respect the copyright of the author and maintain the academic quality of the journal, the author must ensure that the contribution is free from plagiarism, no controversy about the order of signature and the responsibility of the contribution.If the author submits and publishes the manuscript to this journal, this journal will confirm that the author has transferred the rights of copy, distribution, Internet dissemination, translation and compilation to the journal. If the author has any objection to this, please state in advance in writing.
