【摘要】：當(dāng)前我國(guó)已經(jīng)積累了高額的外匯儲(chǔ)備,這意味著我國(guó)有充裕的對(duì)外清償能力和匯率穩(wěn)定能力,為維護(hù)金融安全提供了資產(chǎn)保障。然而外匯儲(chǔ)備規(guī)模并不是越多越好,我國(guó)為持有高額外匯儲(chǔ)備付出了巨大的顯性成本及隱性成本,使得價(jià)格信號(hào)失真增加了通貨膨脹的不確定性,造成經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)信號(hào)紊亂致使社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)資源錯(cuò)配和社會(huì)福利損失。文章分析了外匯儲(chǔ)備對(duì)通貨膨脹不確定性的動(dòng)態(tài)影響并提出對(duì)策建議,以期對(duì)政府和經(jīng)濟(jì)決策層提供參考。
[Abstract]:At present, our country has accumulated a large amount of foreign exchange reserves, which means that our country has ample external liquidity and exchange rate stability, which provides asset security for the maintenance of financial security. However, the scale of foreign exchange reserves is not the more the better. China has paid huge overt and implicit costs for holding high foreign exchange reserves, which makes the price signal distortion increase the uncertainty of inflation. This paper analyzes the dynamic influence of foreign exchange reserves on inflation uncertainty and puts forward some suggestions in order to provide reference for the government and economic decision makers.
