【摘要】：眾多經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)家的理論研究以及各個(gè)國家的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展實(shí)踐都表明:一個(gè)國家或某個(gè)區(qū)域內(nèi)的金融發(fā)展水平對該國家或該地區(qū)的產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化存在顯著的影響。產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)能否伴隨科技社會(huì)的發(fā)展與進(jìn)步持續(xù)優(yōu)化,不僅關(guān)系到經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的速度和質(zhì)量更是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要保證。因此解決河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化問題、找到助力產(chǎn)業(yè)優(yōu)化升級(jí)的有效手段是保證河北省經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)穩(wěn)定增長的關(guān)鍵所在。實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型,扶持新興產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展離不開資金的精準(zhǔn)有效助推。隨著我國金融市場飛速發(fā)展,市場在資源配置中的決定性作用正在逐步確立。因此如何通過市場手段合理分配引導(dǎo)金融資源流向,為產(chǎn)業(yè)、行業(yè)的兼并與調(diào)整提供充足的資金支持;如何有效利用金融手段在供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革的背景下助推產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化升級(jí)應(yīng)當(dāng)成為我們著重研究的課題。本文開篇先介紹了論文的研究背景與研究意義。通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化理論的研究歷程進(jìn)行了回顧與總結(jié),論述了產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的正向作用以及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)存在的優(yōu)化需求;其次,對金融助推產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化的作用機(jī)理與影響渠道進(jìn)行分析。從銀行信貸、直接融資、保險(xiǎn)保障三個(gè)方面論述了金融在助推產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化過程中發(fā)揮效能的具體路徑;隨后又結(jié)合河北省金融業(yè)、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的現(xiàn)狀分析,論證了當(dāng)前河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化升級(jí)的緊迫性;在之后的實(shí)證分析部分中,本文得出了河北省金融發(fā)展、金融效率對產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化影響的回歸方程,并且對三個(gè)變量進(jìn)行了格蘭杰因果關(guān)系檢驗(yàn);再次,結(jié)合實(shí)證結(jié)果以及河北省產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀和金融業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,提出河北省金融助推產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化過程中存在的問題;在文章的最后,本文結(jié)合河北省的實(shí)際情況給出了如“合理規(guī)劃金融資源流向”、“保證金融發(fā)展水平與金融效率水平齊頭并進(jìn)”等相應(yīng)方面的政策建議。
[Abstract]:The theoretical studies of many economists and the practice of economic development in various countries show that the level of financial development in a country or a region has a significant impact on the optimization of industrial structure in that country or region. Whether the structure can be continuously optimized with the development and progress of science and technology society, It is not only related to the speed and quality of economic development, but also an important guarantee for the realization of sustainable development of the national economy. Finding the effective means to help the optimization and upgrading of the industry is the key to ensure the sustained and stable economic growth of Hebei Province. Support for the development of emerging industries can not be separated from the precise and effective boost of funds. With the rapid development of China's financial market, The decisive role of the market in the allocation of resources is gradually established. Therefore, how to guide the flow of financial resources through the rational allocation of market means to provide adequate financial support for the merger and adjustment of industries and industries; How to effectively use financial means to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure under the background of supply-side structural reform should be the focus of our research. This paper first introduces the research background and significance of the paper. After reviewing and summarizing the research course of industrial structure optimization theory, This paper discusses the positive effect of industrial structure on economic development and the existing optimization demand of industrial structure. Secondly, it analyzes the mechanism and influence channel of financial support industrial structure optimization. Three aspects of insurance security discussed the specific path of financial efficiency in the process of promoting the optimization of industrial structure, and then combined with the analysis of the current situation of the financial industry and industrial structure in Hebei Province. The urgency of optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure of Hebei Province is demonstrated. In the later part of empirical analysis, the regression equation of the influence of financial development and financial efficiency on the optimization of industrial structure in Hebei Province is obtained. And three variables Granger causality test; thirdly, combined with the empirical results and the industrial structure of Hebei Province and the current situation of financial development, put forward the problems in the process of optimization of the industrial structure promoted by the financial industry in Hebei Province; At the end of the article, this paper gives some policy suggestions such as "rationally planning the flow of financial resources" and "ensuring that the level of financial development and financial efficiency go hand in hand" in combination with the actual situation in Hebei Province.
