經(jīng)濟(jì)“新常態(tài)”下南京銀行財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相對(duì)提升案例分析

【摘要】:近20年來(lái),中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)一直保持著高速發(fā)展的狀態(tài),隨著這些年這一狀態(tài)的結(jié)束,中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入歷史性的新常態(tài)時(shí)期。在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的形勢(shì)下,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度由高速增長(zhǎng)轉(zhuǎn)為中高速增長(zhǎng),經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)方式由粗放型增長(zhǎng)方式向集約型增長(zhǎng)方式轉(zhuǎn)變,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)從擴(kuò)張?jiān)隽肯虼媪空{(diào)整增量做優(yōu)兩種方式并存轉(zhuǎn)換,經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的動(dòng)力從傳統(tǒng)增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)向新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)轉(zhuǎn)換。經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)時(shí)期正是經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)速度換檔期、經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整陣痛期、前期刺激政策消化期“三期疊加”的時(shí)期。在這個(gè)時(shí)期內(nèi)商業(yè)銀行利潤(rùn)增速大幅下降,營(yíng)業(yè)收入增速也在下降,不良貸款率大幅上升,規(guī)模擴(kuò)張、業(yè)務(wù)推廣方面受到了很大的沖擊。從財(cái)務(wù)的角度來(lái)看,商業(yè)銀行的盈利能力、發(fā)展能力、安全性、核心資本充足率等在這段時(shí)期相對(duì)減弱了很多?v觀當(dāng)前已經(jīng)上市的商業(yè)銀行,南京銀行在財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力方面表現(xiàn)優(yōu)秀,在近兩年?duì)I業(yè)收入平均增速接近40%,利潤(rùn)率也大幅領(lǐng)先同業(yè),不良貸款率在上市商業(yè)銀行里面最低。南京銀行在經(jīng)歷了經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)換初期的經(jīng)營(yíng)陣痛之后,快速的適應(yīng)了經(jīng)濟(jì)進(jìn)入新常態(tài)后的變化,2016年南京銀行在包括利潤(rùn)率、成本收入比、營(yíng)業(yè)收入等財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)上的表現(xiàn)上已經(jīng)回到甚至超越經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)前,且其不良貸款率一直維持在1%以下,在近幾年商業(yè)銀行業(yè)不太景氣,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力大幅下降的時(shí)期,南京銀行如何快速適應(yīng),提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是值得研究的。本文從財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的角度出發(fā),通過(guò)將現(xiàn)階段南京銀行與整體商業(yè)銀行業(yè)、三大城商行、經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)前后南京銀行的財(cái)務(wù)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行對(duì)比分析,來(lái)尋找南京銀行在各個(gè)階段發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略策略對(duì)其財(cái)務(wù)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提升的影響,以此給其他商業(yè)銀行快速適應(yīng)經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)的變化提供參考,本文研究發(fā)現(xiàn)、南京銀行主要是在業(yè)務(wù)模式、股權(quán)債權(quán)融資、拓寬業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域增強(qiáng)業(yè)務(wù)的多樣化、豐富資金來(lái)源渠道、優(yōu)化業(yè)務(wù)結(jié)構(gòu)和控制資產(chǎn)質(zhì)量上采取了一系列的措施,使得南京銀行快速重回到高速發(fā)展的軌道。
[Abstract]:Over the past 20 years, China's economy has maintained a state of rapid development. With the end of this state in recent years, China's economy has entered a historic new normal period. The speed of economic growth has changed from high-speed to medium-high speed, the mode of economic growth has changed from extensive growth to intensive growth, and the structure of economic growth has been transformed from expansion increment to stock adjustment increment. The motive force of economic growth changes from the traditional growth point to the new growth point. The economic new normal period is the period of economic growth speed shift and the painful period of economic structure adjustment. The period of "three phases superposition" in the period of pre-stimulus policy digesting. During this period, the growth rate of commercial banks' profits has dropped sharply, the growth rate of operating income has also been decreasing, the ratio of non-performing loans has increased substantially, and the scale of non-performing loans has expanded. From a financial point of view, commercial banks' profitability, development capacity, security, The core capital adequacy ratio and so on have been relatively weakened during this period. Looking at the commercial banks that have been listed at present, Nanjing Bank has performed well in terms of financial competitiveness. In the last two years, the average growth rate of operating income has been close to 40%, the profit margin has also been substantially ahead of the same industry, and the non-performing loan ratio is the lowest among the listed commercial banks. Quickly adapted to the changes in the economy after entering the new normal, the performance of Nanjing Bank in 2016 in terms of financial indicators, including profit margin, cost-income ratio, operating income, and so on, has returned to, or even surpassed, the new normal of the economy. Moreover, its non-performing loan ratio has been kept below 1%. In recent years, when the commercial banking industry is not very prosperous and its competitiveness has declined substantially, how can the Nanjing Bank adapt quickly? From the point of view of financial competitiveness, this paper makes a comparative analysis of the financial indicators of the Bank of Nanjing before and after the new normal state of the economy with the commercial banking industry as a whole, the commercial banks of the three major cities, and the banks of the three major cities, before and after the new normal state of the economy. To find out the impact of the development strategy of Nanjing Bank on the improvement of its financial competitiveness, and to provide reference for other commercial banks to adapt to the changes of the new normal economy. This paper finds that Nanjing Bank is mainly in the business model. Equity creditor's rights financing, widening the business field to enhance the diversification of business, enrich the sources of funds, optimize the business structure and control the quality of assets has taken a series of measures, so that Nanjing Bank quickly returned to the track of high-speed development.
