產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新增效作用評(píng)估——以科技型上市公司為例

【摘要】:由于缺乏對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效果的明確界定,導(dǎo)致相關(guān)研究難以開展,不利于創(chuàng)新驅(qū)動(dòng)型經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。由此,從協(xié)同效應(yīng)定義切入,將產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新效果理解為一個(gè)以傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)學(xué)研合作結(jié)果為對(duì)比的相對(duì)概念,在研究假設(shè)的基礎(chǔ)上通過構(gòu)建兩個(gè)實(shí)驗(yàn)對(duì)照組,運(yùn)用傾向得分匹配方法,以中國(guó)科技型上市公司為例,對(duì)產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新的增效作用進(jìn)行量化評(píng)價(jià)。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)學(xué)研協(xié)同創(chuàng)新對(duì)科技型上市公司的研發(fā)投入、專利產(chǎn)出和營(yíng)業(yè)收入均具有正向影響,但對(duì)營(yíng)業(yè)收入的增效作用十分有限。
[Abstract]:Due to the lack of a clear definition of the effect of synergistic innovation between industry, college and research, it is difficult to carry out relevant research, which is not conducive to the development of innovation-driven economy. This paper interprets the cooperative innovation effect of industry-university-research as a relative concept compared with the results of traditional industry-university-research cooperation. On the basis of the research hypothesis, two experimental control groups are constructed, and the tendency score matching method is used. Taking the Chinese listed companies of science and technology as an example, this paper quantitatively evaluates the synergistic effect of industry-university-research innovation on the R & D investment of science-technology listed companies. Both patent output and operating income have a positive effect, but the synergistic effect on operating income is very limited.
