【摘要】：人民幣匯率水平一直是備受爭議的話題。2005年匯改后,人民幣匯率被低估的聲音不絕于耳。近期,市場上又彌漫著人民幣貶值的擔憂。那么,人民幣市場匯率能否反映外匯市場供求狀況,是否被低估或高估成為了一個值得研究的問題。論文采用行為均衡匯率方法進行實證分析,構建了一個包含匯率、經常項目余額占GDP比重、外匯儲備、經濟增長率、貿易條件五個變量的VAR模型,以此評估人民幣均衡匯率和匯率失調程度。研究結果顯示,2015年8.11匯改后,人民幣實際有效匯率更貼近均衡匯率水平,人民幣匯率不存在嚴重匯率失調。
[Abstract]:The level of the RMB exchange rate has been a controversial topic. After the exchange rate reform in 2005, the RMB exchange rate has been undervalued. Recently, there has been widespread concern about the depreciation of the RMB. Whether the RMB market exchange rate can reflect the supply and demand of foreign exchange market, whether it is undervalued or overvalued has become a problem worth studying. The VAR model of the current account balance as a proportion of GDP, foreign exchange reserves, economic growth rate and terms of trade is used to assess the equilibrium exchange rate of RMB and the degree of exchange rate misalignment. The results of the study show that, after the exchange rate reform on August 11, 2015, The real effective exchange rate of RMB is closer to the equilibrium exchange rate, and there is no serious exchange rate misadjustment in RMB exchange rate.
