【摘要】：社會(huì)責(zé)任投資內(nèi)涵不斷發(fā)展變化,大致可分為三大階段:倫理投資階段、社會(huì)責(zé)任投資階段和可持續(xù)性責(zé)任投資階段。當(dāng)前全球社會(huì)責(zé)任投資已經(jīng)進(jìn)入可持續(xù)性社會(huì)責(zé)任投資階段。目前社會(huì)責(zé)任投資策略多樣,但是各種策略的特點(diǎn)、側(cè)重有所不同。在較成熟的社會(huì)責(zé)任投資證券市場(chǎng),基于環(huán)境、社會(huì)和公司治理綜合評(píng)價(jià)的正面評(píng)優(yōu)篩選策略被認(rèn)為是成熟的社會(huì)責(zé)任投資策略,其受市場(chǎng)非理性波動(dòng)的影響較小、抗風(fēng)險(xiǎn)能力強(qiáng)。中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)社會(huì)責(zé)任投資指數(shù)的篩選策略較為落后,通過(guò)智庫(kù)支持、投資策略的優(yōu)化、環(huán)境社會(huì)公司治理的綜合評(píng)價(jià),發(fā)展中國(guó)證券市場(chǎng)的社會(huì)責(zé)任投資,抑制證券市場(chǎng)的投機(jī)行為,這將有助于證券市場(chǎng)的穩(wěn)定。
[Abstract]:The connotation of social responsibility investment is constantly developing and changing, which can be divided into three stages: the stage of ethical investment, The social responsibility investment stage and the sustainability responsibility investment stage. The global social responsibility investment has entered the sustainable social responsibility investment stage. At present, the social responsibility investment strategy is various, but each kind of strategy characteristic, In more mature social responsibility investment securities markets, positive evaluation and screening strategies based on comprehensive evaluation of environment, society and corporate governance are considered to be mature social responsibility investment strategies. It is less affected by irrational market fluctuations and has strong ability to resist risks. The screening strategy of CSR investment index in China's securities market is relatively backward. Through the support of think-tank, the optimization of investment strategy, the comprehensive evaluation of environmental and social company governance. The development of social responsibility investment in China's securities market and the suppression of speculation in the securities market will contribute to the stability of the securities market.
