【摘要】:由于我國(guó)基數(shù)巨大的人口所帶來(lái)的用戶潛力,電子商務(wù)在我國(guó)發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)迅猛。2007年全球金融危機(jī)之后,許多傳統(tǒng)公司逐漸開始開辟電子商務(wù)這一新領(lǐng)域。一方面,我國(guó)長(zhǎng)期金融抑制的監(jiān)管氛圍和銀行在利率保護(hù)下的經(jīng)營(yíng)模式,使得我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)嚴(yán)重缺乏創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力;另一方面,電子商務(wù)交易自始至終每個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)都離不開資金的流轉(zhuǎn),因此,電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展自然會(huì)產(chǎn)生對(duì)于金融服務(wù)的需求。加之國(guó)家的多政策鼓勵(lì),電子商務(wù)企業(yè)開展金融服務(wù)有了空前的外部條件與內(nèi)生動(dòng)力。而其中最具代表性的,就是坐擁中國(guó)電子商務(wù)頭把交椅的阿里巴巴。自1999年成立以來(lái),阿里巴巴不斷發(fā)展并整合電商平臺(tái)、物流信息、金融服務(wù)、數(shù)據(jù)與云計(jì)算等綜合服務(wù),提出“大阿里”發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。2014年,阿里巴巴匯聚旗下所有金融服務(wù),成立螞蟻金融服務(wù)集團(tuán)。目前,螞蟻金服的業(yè)務(wù)布局主要包含以下五大類:支付業(yè)務(wù)、理財(cái)業(yè)務(wù)、信貸業(yè)務(wù)、大數(shù)據(jù)服務(wù)與征信。其中,發(fā)展時(shí)間最長(zhǎng)的支付服務(wù)已經(jīng)由線上延伸到了線下眾多場(chǎng)景模式。螞蟻聚寶為用戶提供一站式理財(cái)服務(wù)。以螞蟻花唄為代表的消費(fèi)信貸和以網(wǎng)商銀行為代表的企業(yè)信貸覆蓋了包括個(gè)人與中小企業(yè)在內(nèi)的信貸需求。除此之外,螞蟻金服對(duì)阿里巴巴平臺(tái)多年來(lái)沉淀的用戶數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行深度挖掘,利用自身云計(jì)算能力,大力發(fā)展大數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)與征信服務(wù),從而構(gòu)建了一個(gè)覆蓋面完整的、綜合性的金融服務(wù)平臺(tái)。未來(lái),螞蟻金服在面臨同業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與監(jiān)管層面帶來(lái)的沖擊的同時(shí),要充分開發(fā)傳統(tǒng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)未覆蓋的人群和區(qū)域,發(fā)揮自身對(duì)于新興技術(shù)的敏銳度,不斷以科技優(yōu)勢(shì)為依托創(chuàng)新金融產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)與營(yíng)銷,擴(kuò)展服務(wù)范圍與對(duì)象,與傳統(tǒng)金融機(jī)構(gòu)在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)與合作中共同構(gòu)建社會(huì)金融新生態(tài)。
[Abstract]:Due to China's huge population base of potential users, e-commerce in the development trend of China's rapid.2007 the global financial crisis, many traditional companies gradually began to open up a new field of electronic commerce. On the one hand, China's long-term financial repression regulatory atmosphere and bank in the interest rate under the protection of the business model, the China's traditional financial institutions lack of innovation power; on the other hand, e-commerce transactions from first to last each link cannot do without the transfer of the money, therefore, the development of electronic commerce will naturally have the demand for financial services. Many countries and policies to encourage enterprises to carry out financial services, e-commerce has been an unprecedented external conditions and internal power. And one of the most representative, is sitting on Chinese e-commerce Toubajiaoyi Alibaba. Since its establishment in 1999, the Alibaba development and integration Business platform, logistics information, financial services, data and cloud computing and other integrated services, put forward "Ali" development strategy of.2014 Alibaba, gathering all of its financial services, the establishment of the ant financial services group. At present, the ant payment service business layout mainly includes the following five categories: payment services, financial services, credit business big data, service and credit. Among them, the development of the longest payment service has been extended to the scene of many line by line model. The ant treasure to provide one-stop financial services for users. The credit needs of consumer credit to spend it on behalf of the ants and to give the bank as the representative of the enterprise covers personal credit small and medium-sized enterprises,. In addition, the ant payment service user data on Alibaba platform years precipitation data mining, using their own cloud computing, big data and business development The credit service, in order to construct a complete coverage of the integrated financial services platform. In the face of the future, the ant gold suit brought industry competition and regulatory impact at the same time, to the full development of traditional financial institutions not covered by the crowd and play their own area, for the emerging technology acumen, continued to technological advantage based on the design and marketing of innovative financial products, and expand the scope of services, and traditional financial institutions in the competition and cooperation in the joint construction of social new financial ecology.
