【摘要】：本文以平臺經濟為視角,以規(guī)范經濟學和實證經濟學為方法,研究國內財富管理市場通道業(yè)務和渠道業(yè)務的市場格局及其對應的定價策略。結果表明,通道業(yè)務總體處于競爭市場格局,但存在結構性差異;銀監(jiān)會推動債權性直接融資工具以提高通道市場競爭生態(tài)是正確的,但2010年禁止"銀信合作"則是以"管制失靈"為代價的。證券投資基金市場的銷售渠道趨向良性競爭,其他非銀行金融機構的銷售渠道依然被商業(yè)銀行所壟斷。作為平臺經濟在財富管理領域的一個應用,私人銀行以發(fā)展平臺經濟為盈利轉型突破口的定價策略選擇依次是補貼定價、拉姆齊定價、競爭定價和壟斷定價。
[Abstract]:From the perspective of platform economy and normative economics and empirical economics, this paper studies the market patterns and pricing strategies of domestic wealth management market channel business and channel business. As a whole, the channel business is in the competitive market, but there are structural differences, and it is correct for CBRC to promote the creditor's right direct financing tool to improve the competitive ecology of the channel market. But the 2010 ban on "banking and trust cooperation" came at the expense of "regulatory failure." the marketing channels in the securities investment fund market tend to be competitive. The distribution channels of other non-bank financial institutions are still monopolized by commercial banks as an application of the platform economy in the field of wealth management. The choice of pricing strategy of private banks is subsidy pricing, Ramsey pricing, competitive pricing and monopoly pricing.
