【摘要】：運用2001~2013年我國29個省(市、自治區(qū))的面板數(shù)據(jù),對我國科技金融和科技創(chuàng)新進行測度,分別利用空間地理權(quán)重和空間經(jīng)濟權(quán)重下的空間杜賓計量模型(SDM),實證檢驗了我國科技金融能否促進區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新和各地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新能力是否受其他地區(qū)科技金融發(fā)展水平的影響。研究結(jié)果顯示:各地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新能力在空間上并非隨機分布,而是呈現(xiàn)出明顯的空間相關(guān)性,科技金融發(fā)展能夠顯著地提升區(qū)域科技創(chuàng)新能力;空間上的地理特征和社會經(jīng)濟特征對各省市區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新能力有顯著正向作用,各地區(qū)科技創(chuàng)新能力受其地區(qū)科技金融發(fā)展水平的影響。
[Abstract]:By using the panel data of 29 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) from 2001 to 2013, the paper measures the science and technology finance and innovation in China. Using the spatial Doberman metrological model under the weight of spatial geography and space economy respectively, this paper empirically tests whether the science and technology finance of our country can promote regional scientific and technological innovation and whether the ability of scientific and technological innovation of each region is affected by other regions' science and technology finance. The results of the study show that the scientific and technological innovation capabilities of different regions are not randomly distributed in space. The development of science and technology finance can significantly enhance the ability of regional science and technology innovation, and the geographical characteristics and social and economic characteristics of space have a significant positive effect on the ability of science and technology innovation of provinces, cities and regions, and the development of science and technology finance can improve the ability of regional science and technology innovation. Each region science and technology innovation ability is affected by its area science and technology finance development level.
