【摘要】：隨著人工智能技術(shù)在許多行業(yè)展現(xiàn)出巨大的應(yīng)用潛力,其已逐漸成為眾多傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的重要推動力。對于金融服務(wù)業(yè),人工智能具有極強(qiáng)的滲透能力。目前,智能化技術(shù)已開始應(yīng)用于金融業(yè)的智能化風(fēng)控、智能化精準(zhǔn)營銷、智能機(jī)器人客服、智能投顧等多個(gè)方面,并對銀行業(yè)提高效率、節(jié)約成本、業(yè)務(wù)創(chuàng)新和增強(qiáng)用戶體驗(yàn)等方面產(chǎn)生積極影響。當(dāng)前,我國銀行業(yè)在智能化技術(shù)應(yīng)用中存在應(yīng)用層次較低、數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)不牢、安全風(fēng)險(xiǎn)較大、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度有待提高等亟待解決的問題。在智能化趨勢下,銀行業(yè)應(yīng)進(jìn)一步提高對智能化技術(shù)的認(rèn)識,強(qiáng)化相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)的積累、挖掘和使用,同時(shí)積極引入智能化技術(shù)和設(shè)備,對傳統(tǒng)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)、業(yè)務(wù)、流程等進(jìn)行升級再造,以更好推動智能化轉(zhuǎn)型。
[Abstract]:With the great application potential of artificial intelligence technology in many industries, it has gradually become an important driving force in the transformation and development of many traditional industries. Intelligent technology has been applied to the intelligent risk control of the financial industry, intelligent accurate marketing, intelligent robot customer service, intelligent care, and so on, and improve the efficiency of the banking industry, saving costs, Business innovation and enhancing user experience have a positive impact. At present, China's banking industry has a low level of application in the application of intelligent technology, a poor data base, and a high security risk. Under the trend of intellectualization, the banking industry should further improve the understanding of intelligent technology, strengthen the accumulation, mining and use of relevant data, and actively introduce intelligent technology and equipment. Upgrade and reengineer the traditional network, business, process and so on in order to better promote the intelligent transformation.
