【摘要】：運(yùn)用角色理論,將聯(lián)盟企業(yè)劃分為主導(dǎo)者與輔助者,研究企業(yè)的主導(dǎo)地位與輔助地位影響企業(yè)加入聯(lián)盟的傾向。運(yùn)用新穎的社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)實(shí)證統(tǒng)計(jì)分析工具——指數(shù)隨機(jī)圖模型(ERGM),選取中國風(fēng)投行業(yè)的聯(lián)合投資樣本,檢驗(yàn)以上兩類地位在企業(yè)聯(lián)盟形成機(jī)制中的作用。結(jié)果表明,企業(yè)能夠主導(dǎo)(輔助)聯(lián)盟的可能性與企業(yè)主導(dǎo)地位(輔助地位)之間存在倒U型關(guān)系。輔助地位的倒U型門檻值的大小,受到企業(yè)所在地的企業(yè)集聚程度的負(fù)向調(diào)節(jié),但針對主導(dǎo)地位倒U型門檻值,不存在這種調(diào)節(jié)作用。
[Abstract]:Using the role theory, the alliance enterprise is divided into leader and assistant. This paper studies the dominant position and auxiliary status of enterprises that influence the tendency of enterprises to join the alliance. Using the new social network empirical statistical analysis tool, the exponential random graph model, the paper selects the joint investment sample of Chinese venture capital industry. The effects of the above two types of status on the formation mechanism of enterprise alliance are examined. The relationship between the possibility of enterprise leading (auxiliary) alliance and the leading position of enterprise (auxiliary position) is inversely U-shaped. The size of the inverted U-shaped threshold of auxiliary position is negatively regulated by the degree of agglomeration of the enterprise in the place where the enterprise is located. But for the dominant position inverted U-threshold, there is no such regulatory role.
