【摘要】：半個世紀以前,融資租賃于美國誕生,之后此種業(yè)務(wù)模式在全球被迅速復(fù)制和發(fā)展。發(fā)展至今,融資租賃已與銀行貸款、資本市場隱隱成"三足鼎立"之勢,為企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供強大的助力。我國的融資租賃行業(yè)發(fā)展較晚,開始于上世紀80年代,在早期發(fā)展緩慢,直到近年才開始快速增長。據(jù)統(tǒng)計,至2015年底,國內(nèi)融資租賃企業(yè)共成立4508家,有實際經(jīng)營業(yè)務(wù)者約1350家,注冊資本達1022億元。隨著競爭的加劇及經(jīng)濟下行的壓力,2016年融資租賃行業(yè)的發(fā)展并不樂觀,業(yè)內(nèi)競爭日趨激烈,行業(yè)利潤持續(xù)下滑,而行業(yè)的系統(tǒng)性風險卻在逐漸加大。如果繼續(xù)只盯著政府平臺的話,可能會給企業(yè)帶來滅頂之災(zāi),中小型融資租賃企業(yè)如何加強自身能力、提高業(yè)務(wù)水平,如何在越加激烈的競爭環(huán)境中做強做大,是一個值得融資租賃從業(yè)者深入思考的問題。本文以筆者工作的A公司為研究對象,通過研究融資租賃項目的整個流程,分析了 A公司過去所投放項目的具體情況,運用SPSS22.0軟件對所投放的157個項目進行實證分析,分析相關(guān)因素對公司內(nèi)部收益率的影響大小,希望可以從中發(fā)現(xiàn)融資租賃快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),找出融資租賃業(yè)務(wù)當前面臨的問題及分析其產(chǎn)生的原因。通過對這些問題的產(chǎn)生原因和解決方案的詳細闡述,加深了對融資租賃行業(yè)的理解,同時通過分析A公司在近幾年發(fā)展中的經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn),希望可以為后期的發(fā)展提供一些經(jīng)驗。在撰寫本文期間,A公司還依然在進行著業(yè)務(wù)模式的創(chuàng)新研究,本文所提出的業(yè)務(wù)模式及商務(wù)策略均從實踐中積累得出,另外筆者根據(jù)MBA期間的學習,加入了一些更為合理的分析方法,希望可以對融資租賃的業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展提供一些有益的幫助。
[Abstract]:Half a century ago, financial leasing was born in the United States, and then this business model was copied and developed rapidly in the world. Up to now, financial leasing and bank loans have become the "triple stand" trend of the capital market. China's financial leasing industry developed relatively late, began in -20s, in the early development of slow, until recent years began to grow rapidly. According to statistics, until end of 2015, A total of 4,508 domestic financial leasing enterprises have been set up, with about 1,350 actual business operators, with a registered capital of 102.2 billion yuan. With the intensification of competition and the downward pressure of the economy, in 2016, the development of the financial leasing industry was not optimistic, and the competition in the industry became increasingly fierce. Industry profits continue to decline, while the systemic risks in the industry are gradually increasing. If you continue to focus on government platforms, it may bring disaster to enterprises. How can small and medium-sized financial leasing enterprises strengthen their own capabilities and improve their business level? How to be stronger and bigger in the increasingly competitive environment is a problem worthy to be deeply considered by the financial leasing practitioners. This paper takes Company A as the research object and studies the whole process of the financial leasing project. This paper analyzes the specific situation of the projects put in by Company A in the past, makes an empirical analysis of 157 projects carried out by using SPSS22.0 software, and analyzes the influence of relevant factors on the internal rate of return of the company. I hope to find out the key link of the rapid development of financial leasing, find out the current problems facing the business of financial leasing and analyze the causes of its emergence. Through the detailed explanation of the causes of these problems and solutions, It has deepened the understanding of the financial leasing industry and analyzed the experiences and lessons of A Company in recent years. We hope to provide some experience for the later development. At the time of writing this article, company A is still carrying out innovative research on business model. The business model and business strategy proposed in this paper are accumulated from practice. In addition, according to the study of MBA, the author adds some more reasonable analysis methods, hoping to provide some useful help to the business development of financial leasing.
