大資管下我國商業(yè)銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:商業(yè)銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)的實質(zhì)是資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù),即商業(yè)銀行為投資者提供個性化的綜合理財服務(wù)方案,為投資者拓寬投資渠道,實現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)保值增值。根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前我國商業(yè)銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)的市場結(jié)構(gòu)發(fā)生較大變化,理財產(chǎn)品出現(xiàn)預(yù)期收益率下降、期限溢價作用失效等特點,同時銀行業(yè)的監(jiān)管部門為防止理財業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營風(fēng)險激化而采取了相關(guān)風(fēng)險監(jiān)管措施,我國銀行理財出現(xiàn)新氣象。在金融供給側(cè)改革不斷深化的大背景下,我國資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)出現(xiàn)巨大變化。進(jìn)入資產(chǎn)管理行業(yè)的金融機構(gòu)主體快速增加,金融機構(gòu)資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營范圍不斷擴大,資產(chǎn)管理產(chǎn)品種類日益豐富,資產(chǎn)管理服務(wù)質(zhì)量迅速提升,同時,居民的消費水平、理財觀念不斷提高,居民對資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)的需求不斷增加,至此,大資管時代到來。在大資管新環(huán)境下,商業(yè)銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)的自身弊端被放大,同時也面臨著大資管時代帶來的新的挑戰(zhàn)。由于花旗銀行的個人理財業(yè)務(wù)較我國發(fā)展較早、經(jīng)驗較豐富、業(yè)務(wù)較成熟,同時因大資管時代促使我國金融行業(yè)出現(xiàn)混業(yè)經(jīng)營狀態(tài),此狀態(tài)與西方國家的銀行業(yè)經(jīng)營環(huán)境相似,因此,本文選擇借鑒花旗銀行個人理財業(yè)務(wù)的一些精粹的發(fā)展策略。本文通過研究花旗銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)營策略,汲取花旗銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)的數(shù)據(jù)化平臺建立經(jīng)驗、服務(wù)經(jīng)驗、產(chǎn)品創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗、營銷經(jīng)驗以及風(fēng)險控制經(jīng)驗。在探討我國商業(yè)銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)的新變化、新特征以及新監(jiān)管等基本情況的基礎(chǔ)上,通過研究大資管時代下理財業(yè)務(wù)存在的各類問題,以及花旗銀行開展個人理財業(yè)務(wù)所采用的多種經(jīng)營策略,最后為我國商業(yè)銀行理財業(yè)務(wù)的改革發(fā)展提出建議。我國商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)從經(jīng)營觀念、產(chǎn)品定價、客戶需求等方面實現(xiàn)銀行理財回歸資產(chǎn)管理業(yè)務(wù)實質(zhì);通過完善理財經(jīng)營模式、投資渠道、管理體系等實現(xiàn)理財業(yè)務(wù)綜合化經(jīng)營;通過提高專業(yè)能力、信息化建設(shè)、營銷手段等實現(xiàn)以客戶需求為導(dǎo)向;我國不同類型的商業(yè)銀行應(yīng)采取不同的市場營銷策略,體現(xiàn)差異化發(fā)展思路;通過綜合化監(jiān)管、信息披露、風(fēng)險隔離等建立體系完整的理財業(yè)務(wù)風(fēng)險控制機制。
[Abstract]:The essence of commercial bank financial management business is asset management business, that is, commercial bank provides individualized comprehensive financing service scheme for investors, broadens the investment channel for investors, and realizes the value preservation and appreciation of assets. At present, the market structure of financial management business of commercial banks in our country has changed greatly, the expected return rate of financial management products has decreased, the term premium function has failed, and so on. At the same time, the banking supervision department has taken the relevant risk supervision measures in order to prevent the financial management business from becoming more and more risky. In the background of the deepening of the financial supply side reform, the banking financial management of our country has a new climate. Great changes have taken place in the asset management industry in China. The main bodies of financial institutions entering the asset management industry have increased rapidly, the scope of operation of asset management business of financial institutions has been continuously expanded, and the types of asset management products are increasingly rich. The quality of asset management services is improving rapidly. At the same time, the consumption level of residents and the concept of financial management are constantly improving, and the demand for asset management business is constantly increasing. At this point, the era of large capital management is coming. Under the new environment of large capital management, The malpractice of commercial bank's financial management business has been magnified, and at the same time it is facing the new challenge brought by the era of large capital management. As the personal finance business of Citibank developed earlier than our country, it has rich experience and mature business. At the same time, due to the large capital management era, China's financial industry has a mixed operation state, which is similar to the banking business environment in western countries, so, This paper chooses to draw lessons from some of the best development strategies of Citibank's personal finance business. By studying the management strategy of Citibank's financial management business, this paper draws lessons from the experience of establishing data platform and service experience of Citibank's financial management business. Product innovation experience, marketing experience and risk control experience. On the basis of discussing the new changes, new features and new supervision of the financial management business of commercial banks in China, By studying all kinds of problems existing in the financial management business in the era of large capital management, as well as the diversified operation strategy adopted by Citibank in carrying out personal finance business, Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the reform and development of the financial management business of commercial banks in China. The commercial banks of our country should realize the return of financial management to the essence of asset management from the aspects of management concept, product pricing, customer demand and so on, and improve the management mode of financial management. Investment channels, management systems and so on to achieve comprehensive management of financial services; through improving professional capacity, information construction, marketing means to achieve customer demand oriented; different types of commercial banks in China should adopt different marketing strategies, Through comprehensive supervision, information disclosure, risk isolation and so on, a complete financial management business risk control mechanism is established.
