【摘要】：企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級意義明顯,針對企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的金融供給側(cè)改革將成為改革重點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前金融供給未能充分滿足市場主體轉(zhuǎn)型升級有效需求,轉(zhuǎn)型經(jīng)濟(jì)與金融資本融合普遍不足,嚴(yán)重制約了轉(zhuǎn)型升級發(fā)展,文章通過分析轉(zhuǎn)型升級期金融需求特點(diǎn)和當(dāng)前障礙,針對性提出金融供給側(cè)改革策略,補(bǔ)齊金融短板,助力企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級發(fā)展,使得深化金融供給側(cè)改革和企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級相互促進(jìn)、協(xié)同發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:The significance of enterprise transformation and upgrading is obvious, and the financial supply-side reform aimed at enterprise transformation and development will become the focus of the reform. At present, the financial supply can not fully meet the effective demand for the transformation and upgrading of the market main body, and the integration of the transition economy and the financial capital is generally insufficient. By analyzing the characteristics of financial demand and current obstacles in the period of transformation and upgrading, this paper puts forward the strategy of financial supply-side reform, which can help enterprises to transform and upgrade. The deepening of financial supply-side reform and enterprise transformation and upgrading promote each other, coordinated development.
