【摘要】：隨著科學技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,信息化對人們的日常生活以及國家的發(fā)展越來越重要。然而對于一些新型行業(yè)來說,其具有的信息化發(fā)展與表現(xiàn)不具有對稱性,并且表現(xiàn)比較密集。其中金融行業(yè)在其數(shù)據(jù)安全方面要求很高,不管是數(shù)據(jù)表層發(fā)送,還是網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息的傳輸,數(shù)據(jù)交換都會伴隨著信息安全。然而信息化對于銀行內(nèi)全部業(yè)務(wù)以及信息等操作都非常重要,不僅為信息共享提供了相關(guān)平臺,而且有助于業(yè)務(wù)處理以及業(yè)務(wù)關(guān)系。由于信息時代的快速發(fā)展,銀行業(yè)務(wù)變得越來越復雜,其信息安全風險系數(shù)也隨之加大,完善金融業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)成為了該領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的必然趨勢�，F(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)在安全性能方面仍然存在一些風險管理問題,其功能已經(jīng)滿足不了人們相關(guān)的需求,因此對該系統(tǒng)進行升級改造成為了該領(lǐng)域發(fā)展的必然趨勢。本文主要針對銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)展開了深入研究,為了解決其中存在的風險管理問題,提出了廣西北部灣銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)改造項目風險管理研究。北部灣員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)不僅可以提高企業(yè)內(nèi)部管理的工作效率,同時還可以提高單位內(nèi)部信息化工作效率。在金融業(yè)務(wù)日益增多的發(fā)展趨勢下,廣西北部灣銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及計算機軟件創(chuàng)建業(yè)務(wù)處理系統(tǒng)以及業(yè)務(wù)辦理系統(tǒng),取代了傳統(tǒng)手工業(yè)務(wù)辦理。因此,北部灣員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)對于該領(lǐng)域的發(fā)展具有重大意義。本文通過查找相關(guān)文獻資料,對員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀有了一定的了解,在其基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合相關(guān)理論,提出了本文的主要研究內(nèi)容。本文主要針對廣西北部灣銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)進行了升級改造。首先簡要介紹了廣西北部灣銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng),接下來分析了廣西北部灣銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)特點及功能,最后針對廣西北部灣銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)缺陷的進行了相關(guān)論述。為了對廣西北部灣銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)進行升級改造,了解了項目的基本情況以后,對項目功能需求與開發(fā)環(huán)境展開了相關(guān)分析,實現(xiàn)了功能模塊。另外,本文依據(jù)銀行技術(shù)風險評級體系標準,對升級改造項目展開了風險識別與評估,通過分析風險評估結(jié)果,找出了銀行員工檔案管理系統(tǒng)中存在的開發(fā)風險,并采取了一些控制措施。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of science and technology, informatization is becoming more and more important to people's daily life and the development of our country. And the performance is relatively dense. Among them, the financial industry has very high requirements for its data security, whether it is the transmission of data surface layer or the transmission of network information. Data exchange is accompanied by information security. However, information is very important for all the business and information operation in the bank, which not only provides a platform for information sharing, but also provides a platform for information sharing. Because of the rapid development of the information age, the banking business becomes more and more complex, and its information security risk coefficient also increases. Improving the financial information management system has become an inevitable trend in this field. There are still some risk management problems in the security performance of the existing system, and its functions can no longer meet the needs of people. Therefore, upgrading the system has become an inevitable trend of development in this field. This paper mainly focuses on the bank employee file management system, in order to solve the existing risk management problems, This paper puts forward the research on the risk management of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank employee Archives Management system, which can not only improve the efficiency of the internal management of enterprises, but also improve the efficiency of the internal management of the enterprises. At the same time, it can also improve the efficiency of information work within the unit. Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank employee file management system uses network and computer software to create business processing system and business management system, replacing the traditional manual business management. The Beibu Gulf employee file management system is of great significance to the development of this field. By looking up the relevant documents and materials, this paper has a certain understanding of the current situation of the staff file management system, on the basis of which, combined with the relevant theory, The main research contents of this paper are put forward. This paper mainly aims at upgrading and reforming the staff file management system of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank. Firstly, the paper briefly introduces the staff file management system of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank. Next, it analyzes the characteristics and functions of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank's employee file management system. Finally, the paper discusses the defects of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank's employee file management system. In order to upgrade and transform the Guangxi Beibu Gulf Bank's employee file management system, after understanding the basic situation of the project, The function requirement and development environment of the project are analyzed and the function module is realized. In addition, according to the technical risk rating system standard of the bank, the risk identification and evaluation of the upgrading project are carried out, and the risk assessment results are analyzed. Find out the development risk in the bank employee file management system, and take some control measures.
