【摘要】：包容性增長(zhǎng)和普惠金融這兩個(gè)概念有什么樣的內(nèi)在聯(lián)系?在我國(guó)的特定國(guó)情下,如何制定包容性增長(zhǎng)背景下的普惠金融發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略?本文結(jié)合包容性增長(zhǎng)和普惠金融的內(nèi)涵進(jìn)行辨析,認(rèn)為普惠金融是在包容性增長(zhǎng)的范疇之內(nèi),是包容性增長(zhǎng)在經(jīng)濟(jì)金融領(lǐng)域的一項(xiàng)具體措施。本文分析了發(fā)展普惠金融的"政府引導(dǎo)、市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)"基本原則,并結(jié)合我國(guó)國(guó)情和國(guó)際經(jīng)驗(yàn),探討了在包容性增長(zhǎng)背景下政府應(yīng)如何制定普惠金融發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略。
[Abstract]:What are the interlinkages between the concepts of inclusive growth and inclusive finance? Under the specific situation of our country, how to formulate inclusive financial development strategy in the context of inclusive growth? This paper analyzes the connotation of inclusive growth and inclusive finance, and points out that inclusive finance is within the scope of inclusive growth. It is a concrete measure of inclusive growth in the field of economy and finance. This paper analyzes the basic principles of "government leading and market leading" for the development of inclusive finance, and combines the national conditions of our country and international experience. This paper discusses how the government should formulate inclusive financial development strategy in the context of inclusive growth.
