【摘要】：作為后互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代的底層技術(shù),區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)己得到廣泛使用。區(qū)塊鏈驅(qū)動金融創(chuàng)新帶來諸多變化,將給金融基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施甚至整個金融體系帶來重大影響,將重塑信用機(jī)制、降低交易成本和防范道德風(fēng)險。我國區(qū)塊鏈金融技術(shù)層面仍需突破,融入市場前路艱辛、有效監(jiān)管嚴(yán)重不足,缺乏制度規(guī)范發(fā)展。為應(yīng)對全球區(qū)塊鏈金融發(fā)展的大趨勢,我國金融業(yè)應(yīng)加快技術(shù)研發(fā)、加大市場引導(dǎo)、加強監(jiān)管建設(shè)、加速法制化進(jìn)程。
[Abstract]:As the underlying technology of the Internet era, the blockchain technology has been widely used. The block chain driven financial innovation has brought many changes, will bring significant influence to the financial infrastructure and the financial system, will reshape the credit mechanism, reduce transaction costs and avoid the moral risk. China block chain finance technical level still need to break into the market. Anterior hard, a serious shortage of effective supervision, the lack of regulations for development. The trend of development of global response to the financial blockchain, China's financial industry should accelerate technology development, strengthen market guidance, strengthening the supervision of construction, accelerate the process of legalization.
