【摘要】：對外投資是一個經濟體發(fā)展到一定程度的必然產物,也是國際經濟政治競爭力的主要表現�！栋l(fā)達國家與發(fā)展中國家對外直接投資效率比較研究》從對外投資的傳統(tǒng)理論講起,延伸到當前對外投資理論的最新發(fā)展,通過案例形式分析發(fā)達與發(fā)展中經濟體的對外投資異同問題�！栋l(fā)達國家與發(fā)展中國家金融業(yè)對外投資的比較研究》從二戰(zhàn)后國際金融投資發(fā)展趨勢說起,提出對外投資目標國選擇、對外開放空間與投資主動性、投資動機是發(fā)達國家和發(fā)展中國家金融對外投資最主要的差別。《當前中國對外投資戰(zhàn)略的國際比較》,分析了中美日三國對外投資戰(zhàn)略的發(fā)展階段與特征,提出中國應構建跨國公司主導和企業(yè)協(xié)同發(fā)展的對外投資模式�！吨忻缹ν庵苯油顿Y績效比較》,分析了中國和美國對外投資的異同點以及不同的績效表現,并對今后中國對外直接投資的模式進行了構建。
[Abstract]:Outward investment is the inevitable outcome of the development of an economy to a certain extent. The comparative study on the efficiency of foreign direct investment between developed and developing countries begins with the traditional theory of foreign investment. It extends to the latest development of foreign investment theory. This paper analyzes the similarities and differences of foreign investment between developed and developing economies through case studies. "A Comparative study of Financial Foreign Investment between developed and developing countries" starting from the development trend of international financial investment after World War II. Put forward the choice of foreign investment target country, opening up space and investment initiative. Investment motivation is the most important difference between developed and developing countries in financial outward investment. The present international comparison of China's foreign investment strategy analyzes the stages and characteristics of the development of China's foreign investment strategy of the United States, the United States and Japan. This paper puts forward that China should construct a mode of foreign investment led by multinational corporations and coordinated development of enterprises. The comparison of the performance of China and the United States in foreign direct investment (FDI) is presented. The similarities and differences between China and the United States are analyzed. And the model of China's foreign direct investment in the future has been constructed.
