【摘要】：政策不確定性背景下的貨幣政策銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)渠道表現(xiàn)特征是一個(gè)亟待解答的問(wèn)題。文章基于我國(guó)商業(yè)銀行面板數(shù)據(jù)全面分析了政策不確定性環(huán)境下我國(guó)不同類型貨幣政策對(duì)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平的影響特征。實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)表明,貨幣政策對(duì)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平有顯著影響,貨幣政策越寬松,銀行會(huì)承擔(dān)越高的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。而且,相對(duì)數(shù)量型貨幣政策工具而言,價(jià)格型貨幣政策工具對(duì)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)的影響更為顯著。進(jìn)一步研究發(fā)現(xiàn),政策不確定性不僅對(duì)銀行體系的穩(wěn)定有負(fù)面沖擊,而且對(duì)貨幣政策與銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平之間的關(guān)系也有顯著影響。隨著政策不確定性程度的上升,貨幣政策的變化對(duì)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)承擔(dān)水平的影響程度越來(lái)越大,而且這種影響在價(jià)格型貨幣政策工具中表現(xiàn)得更為明顯。
[Abstract]:Under the background of policy uncertainty, it is an urgent problem to solve the performance characteristics of the risk bearing channels of monetary policy banks. Based on panel data of commercial banks in China, this paper analyzes the different types of risk taking channels in China under the environment of policy uncertainty. The characteristics of the impact of the "type" monetary policy on the risk-bearing level of banks. Monetary policy has a significant impact on the risk-taking level of banks. The looser monetary policy is, the higher the risk will be. Moreover, relative to the quantitative monetary policy instruments. The impact of price monetary policy tools on the risk assumption of banks is more significant. Further studies show that policy uncertainty not only has a negative impact on the stability of the banking system. It also has a significant impact on the relationship between monetary policy and the risk-taking level of banks. With the increase of the degree of policy uncertainty, the change of monetary policy has more and more influence on the risk-taking level of banks. And this effect is more evident in price-based monetary policy instruments.
