【摘要】：研究目標(biāo):考察我國(guó)外商直接投資(FDI)和對(duì)外直接投資(OFDI)對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的系統(tǒng)性影響。研究方法:將我國(guó)引進(jìn)外資、對(duì)外直接投資與國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)進(jìn)步問題置于一個(gè)整體、系統(tǒng)性理論模型之中,使用2004~2015年歐盟、日本、美國(guó)和全球的面板數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行計(jì)量分析。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):實(shí)證研究表明2004~2015年歐美日對(duì)我國(guó)的FDI和我國(guó)對(duì)歐美日的OFDI阻礙了我國(guó)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,而同期在其他國(guó)家或地區(qū)的FDI和OFDI則促進(jìn)了我國(guó)的技術(shù)進(jìn)步,且這些國(guó)家越開放越有利于我國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)進(jìn)步。研究創(chuàng)新:通過系統(tǒng)性和整體性的研究方法對(duì)FDI和OFDI對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)技術(shù)進(jìn)步的系統(tǒng)性影響進(jìn)行了分析。研究?jī)r(jià)值:為我國(guó)更好地"引進(jìn)來"和"走出去"國(guó)際化戰(zhàn)略路徑選擇提供了重要參考。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the systematic impact of foreign direct investment (FDI) and foreign direct investment (OFDI) on technological progress in China. Foreign direct investment and domestic technological progress are placed in a systemic theoretical model, using the European Union from 2004 to 2015, Japan. Panel data from the United States and around the world for econometric analysis. The study found that:. The empirical study shows that the FDI of Europe, America and Japan to our country and the OFDI of our country to Europe, America and Japan from 2004 to 2015 hinder the technological progress of our country. Meanwhile, FDI and OFDI in other countries and regions have promoted the technological progress of our country. And the more open these countries are, the more conducive to China's domestic technological progress. Research and innovation:. This paper analyzes the systematic influence of FDI and OFDI on domestic technological progress through systematic and holistic research methods. The research value: to better "introduce" and "go out" for our country. International strategic path selection provides an important reference.
