【摘要】：商業(yè)銀行的實體網(wǎng)點既是銀行的業(yè)務(wù)運營平臺,又是各種信息的延伸,商業(yè)銀行可否取得優(yōu)良的客戶資源與其布局合理性關(guān)系密切,不僅如此,銀行品牌形象的建設(shè)在相當程度上受到網(wǎng)點布局影響。通過對哈爾濱市商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點布局情況的分析,試圖找出現(xiàn)有網(wǎng)點在布局中存在的問題,對哈爾濱市商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點布局的影響因素進行進一步深入研究,分析各因素對商業(yè)銀行規(guī)�？冃У挠绊懗潭�,解決哈爾濱市規(guī)�？冃Р畹纳虡I(yè)銀行布局不合理的問題,實現(xiàn)金融資源的合理配置,為哈爾濱市商業(yè)銀行未來進行規(guī)模擴張?zhí)峁├碚搮⒖己蛯嵺`指導。文章對國內(nèi)外商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點布局研究文獻進行了綜述,在分析商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點布局研究的背景的基礎(chǔ)上,指出商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點布局研究的理論意義與現(xiàn)實意義,為下文網(wǎng)點空間布局影響因素的選擇提供合理的依據(jù),對哈爾濱市樣本商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點布局的總量現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并著重分析了銀行網(wǎng)點布局的滿意度。結(jié)果表明,股份制銀行的整體客戶滿意度最高,國有商業(yè)銀行的滿意度第二,城市商業(yè)銀行的滿意度位于最后。從理論與實證兩方面對布局影響因素進行分析,得出哈爾濱市商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點空間布局影響因素中,影響最大的五個主因子按從大到小的順序是網(wǎng)點資源因子、網(wǎng)點經(jīng)濟因子、網(wǎng)點公交因子、網(wǎng)點設(shè)施因子、網(wǎng)點地理因子。建立超越對數(shù)成本函數(shù)模型,在變量上選取了資本成本、勞動成本、資金運用成本和投資來計算哈爾濱市商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點布局效率,再與網(wǎng)點布局進行相關(guān)性方面的研究,得出商業(yè)銀行規(guī)模績效和空間布局得分大體上呈反比的結(jié)論。國有銀行不應(yīng)注重規(guī)模的擴張而應(yīng)以銀行網(wǎng)點的布局為中心。股份制商業(yè)銀行和城市商業(yè)銀行比較適宜擴張銀行網(wǎng)點規(guī)模。針對上述數(shù)理研究所得出的結(jié)果,為了進一步實現(xiàn)哈爾濱市商業(yè)銀行網(wǎng)點空間布局優(yōu)化,提出了調(diào)整網(wǎng)點布局模式、優(yōu)化網(wǎng)點功能、提高網(wǎng)點運營效率的建議。
[Abstract]:The operation platform of commercial bank is the bank entity outlets, it is the extension of all kinds of information, commercial banks can obtain the customer resources and the rationality of the layout of excellent close relationship, not only that, the brand image construction bank's network layout influence to a certain extent. Through the analysis of the distribution situation of Harbin City Commercial Bank, trying to to find out the existing problems in the layout of the network, the influence factors of the network layout of Harbin City Commercial Bank for further research and analysis of various factors on the scale of the bank performance of the degree of influence, to solve the problem of poor performance of the scale of commercial banks unreasonable layout of Harbin City, and realize the rational allocation of financial resources, for the city of Harbin for the expansion of commercial banks in the future to provide theoretical reference and practical guidance. The domestic and foreign commercial bank outlets layout research paper Offer is reviewed, based on the analysis of the background of the network layout of commercial banks, points out the theoretical study of the commercial bank network layout and practical significance, provide a reasonable basis for the selection of factors below the layout effect, to the total amount of current situation of Harbin City Commercial Bank branch, the layout of the sample analysis, and analyzes the bank site layout satisfaction. The results show that the joint-stock banks overall highest customer satisfaction, satisfaction of the second state-owned commercial banks, city commercial banks in the last analysis. The satisfaction of face layout factors from theoretical and empirical two party, the layout of commercial bank branches in Harbin City, influence factors, effects of five main factors the largest in order from large to small is the network resources factor, economic factor network, network bus factor, network facilities factor, geographical network Factor. A translog cost function model, the variables on the selection of the capital cost, labor cost, capital cost and investment to calculate the Harbin city commercial bank network layout efficiency, and the relationship between the network layout, the scale of the bank performance and the spatial layout score generally is inversely proportional to the state-owned banks not conclusion. Should pay attention to the expansion of the scale and should be based on the layout of banking outlets as the center. The joint-stock commercial banks and city commercial banks is more suitable for the expansion of bank branches scale. According to the above mathematical research results, in order to realize the optimization of space layout of commercial bank branches in Harbin City, put forward to adjust the network layout optimization model, the function of the network, improve network the operational efficiency of the proposal.
