【摘要】：隨著市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和金融改革的深入,我國金融業(yè)取得了飛速的發(fā)展,金融業(yè)對(duì)地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)也不斷增大,金融業(yè)是現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)核心的觀念得到越來越多人認(rèn)可。各地政府紛紛將金融業(yè)發(fā)展上升到戰(zhàn)略的高度,國內(nèi)先后已有近30個(gè)城市從不同層次提出了建設(shè)金融中心的口號(hào),而金融中心建設(shè)的實(shí)質(zhì)是金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的角逐。當(dāng)前,學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)深圳金融問題的研究大多圍繞金融中心展開,正面研究深圳金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的很少,且深圳金融業(yè)處于由大變強(qiáng)的轉(zhuǎn)折時(shí)期,仍存在著一定的不足與問題。在此關(guān)鍵時(shí)刻對(duì)深圳金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行研究,具有很強(qiáng)的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對(duì)全國城市金融業(yè)發(fā)展也有重要的指導(dǎo)意義。本文在總結(jié)前人對(duì)金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上,首先對(duì)相關(guān)金融概念進(jìn)行了界定,對(duì)金融理論和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論做出了系統(tǒng)性闡述。其次,對(duì)深圳金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力現(xiàn)狀做了自我及橫向?qū)Ρ确治�。再者從金融業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和金融業(yè)發(fā)展水平競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力兩個(gè)層面構(gòu)建了金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系,基于北京、上海、深圳2011年-2016年時(shí)序數(shù)據(jù),運(yùn)用因子分析法對(duì)深圳金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行測(cè)度和比較。實(shí)證分析結(jié)果顯示,目前深圳金融業(yè)發(fā)展環(huán)境仍不完善,經(jīng)濟(jì)和教育支撐不足;金融發(fā)展規(guī)模相對(duì)較小,效率也偏低。接著對(duì)影響金融業(yè)效率的因素進(jìn)行了回歸分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新和金融聚集有利于提高金融業(yè)發(fā)展效率,而經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模和市場(chǎng)化程度對(duì)金融業(yè)效率的影響并不顯著。最后針對(duì)深圳金融業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力存在的不足分點(diǎn)提出了相關(guān)政策建議。由于能力和精力的不足,本文在競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取上大多偏向傳統(tǒng)金融行業(yè),互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等新興金融業(yè)態(tài)指標(biāo)涉及很少。但在目前新興金融業(yè)態(tài)所占比重仍很少的背景下,基于傳統(tǒng)金融業(yè)對(duì)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行研究,并提出相應(yīng)的政策建議,也是十分有代表意義的。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and the deepening of financial reform, China's financial industry has achieved rapid development, the financial industry contribution to the regional economic development is increasing constantly, the financial industry is the core of the modern economy concept to be more and more people recognized. Local governments have the financial industry development to rise to the strategic height, China has nearly 30 city proposed the construction of financial center slogans from different levels, and the essence of the construction of the financial center is the competitiveness of financial industry competition. At present, the research on Shenzhen's financial problems in academic circles mainly focus on financial centers, rarely positive study on Shenzhen financial industry competitiveness, and the financial industry in Shenzhen in the turning period to grow stronger still, there are many deficiencies and problems. At this crucial moment of Shenzhen's financial industry competitiveness, has a strong practical significance for the development of the financial industry in the city. It also has important significance. Based on the financial industry competitiveness research results in the previous studies, firstly defines the related concepts of financial, financial theory and competitiveness theory to make a systematic exposition. Secondly, the current situation of Shenzhen financial industry competitiveness analysis and self compared. Two levels of competitiveness and from the development of the financial industry competition ability and level of financial sector development to build the evaluation system, the competitiveness of financial industry based on Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, 2011 -2016 data, using factor analysis to measure and compare the Shenzhen financial industry competitiveness. The empirical analysis shows that the current environment for the development of Shenzhen's financial industry is still not perfect, economic and educational support insufficient; the financial development scale is relatively small, the efficiency is low. Then a regression analysis on the factors influencing the efficiency of the financial sector, financial innovation and discovery of Poly In the development of the financial industry is conducive to improve the efficiency and economy of scale and degree of market impact on the efficiency of the financial sector is not significant. Finally puts forward relevant policy suggestions aiming at the shortage of the existing Shenzhen financial industry competitiveness. Due to lack of ability and energy, based on the evaluation index of the competitiveness of selected price tend to favor the traditional financial sector, Internet the emerging financial formats index involved very little. But in the current emerging financial industry accounts for the proportion is still very low in the background, the traditional financial industry to study the competitiveness based on, and put forward the corresponding policy suggestions, it is very meaningful.
