【摘要】：使用2003—2014年我國(guó)A股上市公司的數(shù)據(jù),研究地區(qū)腐敗對(duì)公司審計(jì)師選擇的影響以及供應(yīng)鏈特征對(duì)兩者關(guān)系的調(diào)節(jié)作用。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),地區(qū)腐敗越嚴(yán)重,該地區(qū)的企業(yè)越不可能聘用代表高審計(jì)質(zhì)量的國(guó)際"四大"會(huì)計(jì)師事務(wù)所。與國(guó)有企業(yè)相比,非國(guó)有企業(yè)中,地區(qū)腐敗對(duì)企業(yè)審計(jì)師選擇有更強(qiáng)烈的負(fù)向影響。此外,供應(yīng)商集中度和客戶集中度會(huì)加劇地區(qū)腐敗與審計(jì)師選擇的負(fù)向關(guān)系。供應(yīng)鏈特征的調(diào)節(jié)作用主要體現(xiàn)在國(guó)有企業(yè)中,在非國(guó)有企業(yè)中調(diào)節(jié)作用不顯著。
[Abstract]:Using the data of A-share listed companies in China from 2003 to 2014, the paper studies the influence of regional corruption on auditor selection and the role of supply chain characteristics in regulating the relationship between the two. The more serious the corruption in the region, the less likely it is for the enterprises in the region to employ the international "four" accounting firms, which represent high audit quality. Compared with the state-owned enterprises, the non-state-owned enterprises are less likely to employ them. Regional corruption has a stronger negative impact on corporate auditor selection. Supplier concentration and customer concentration will aggravate the negative relationship between regional corruption and auditor selection. The regulatory role of supply chain characteristics is mainly reflected in state-owned enterprises but not in non-state-owned enterprises.
