【摘要】：區(qū)域金融改革試驗是我國金融領(lǐng)域改革與發(fā)展的一個新突破,建立一套科學(xué)、適用的金融綜合改革實驗區(qū)建設(shè)成效評價指標(biāo)體系,是客觀評估實驗區(qū)金融改革的關(guān)鍵。以泉州金融綜合改革實驗區(qū)設(shè)立的背景、目標(biāo)和任務(wù)為依據(jù),結(jié)合泉州經(jīng)濟(jì)金融發(fā)展實際,構(gòu)建泉州金融綜合改革實驗區(qū)建設(shè)成效評價體系,并采用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析方法對實驗區(qū)建設(shè)成效進(jìn)行實證分析。數(shù)據(jù)分析顯示泉州金融綜合改革實驗區(qū)建設(shè)成效顯著,金融組織體系建設(shè)、金融產(chǎn)品與服務(wù)創(chuàng)新、對外金融合作水平明顯提高,但也存在金融產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模較小、資本市場發(fā)展不足、不良貸款率上升等問題,提出要繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大金融產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模、完善區(qū)域資本市場建設(shè)、建立有效的風(fēng)險防范機制等建議。
[Abstract]:The regional financial reform test is a new breakthrough in the reform and development of China's financial sector, the establishment of a scientific and applicable effectiveness of comprehensive financial reform evaluation index system for the construction of experimentation area, experimentation area is the key factor to evaluate the financial reform of comprehensive financial reform in Quanzhou. The background of the establishment of the experimentation area, objectives and tasks as the basis, according to the actual situation of Quanzhou economy financial development, the construction of Quanzhou comprehensive financial reform experimentation area construction effect evaluation system, and analysis method of experimentation area construction effect empirical analysis by using grey correlation. Data analysis showed that the Quanzhou financial comprehensive reform of experimentation area building effective, the construction of financial organization system, the innovation of financial products and services, improve the level of foreign financial cooperation, but also exist in the financial industry small scale, lack of capital market development, the problem of rising non-performing loan ratio, proposed to continue to expand the financial industry The scale of the industry, the improvement of the construction of regional capital market, and the establishment of an effective risk prevention mechanism.
