【摘要】：新常態(tài)下,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)改革由需求側(cè)逐步向供給側(cè)發(fā)展,實行"三去一補(bǔ)",商業(yè)銀行是金融體系的核心力量,應(yīng)切實發(fā)展金融創(chuàng)新,提高金融資源配置效率,率先支持供給側(cè)改革。本文從商業(yè)銀行發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀著手,深入分析在供給側(cè)改革背景下,商業(yè)銀行傳統(tǒng)發(fā)展模式存在信貸結(jié)構(gòu)不合理、金融產(chǎn)品服務(wù)形式單一以及經(jīng)營管理模式相對滯后等突出問題,提出要矯正傳統(tǒng)模式下金融資源配置的扭曲、優(yōu)化商業(yè)銀行經(jīng)營管理水平、加強(qiáng)風(fēng)險防控等關(guān)鍵路徑,由此實現(xiàn)金融資源有效配置,促進(jìn)實體經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展,為供給側(cè)改革提供金融支持。
[Abstract]:Under the new normal, our economic reform will develop from the demand side to the supply side. We should carry out the "three checks and one subsidy". The commercial bank is the core force of the financial system. We should effectively develop financial innovation, improve the allocation efficiency of financial resources, and take the lead in supporting the supply side reform. This article from the status quo and development of commercial banks to the thorough analysis in the background of supply side reforms, the traditional development model of commercial bank credit structure unreasonable, financial products and services to form a single mode of operation and management relative lag problems, put forward to rectify the traditional mode of financial resource allocation distortion, optimization of management level of commercial banks, strengthen risk the prevention and control of the key path, thus to realize the effective allocation of financial resources, to promote the rapid development of the real economy, and provide financial support for supply side reform.
