保加利亞是東南歐的一個小國,位于羅馬尼亞和土耳其之間的黑海海岸354公里處,與前南斯拉夫和希臘接壤。其次還與阿塞多尼亞、羅馬尼亞、塞爾維亞和土耳其相鄰。保加利亞有700多萬的人口,首都在索非亞。本研究的目的是探討1949年以來保加利亞與中國貿(mào)易關(guān)系的現(xiàn)狀和動態(tài)。保加利亞和中國的貿(mào)易和經(jīng)濟(jì)關(guān)系有著悠久的歷史,兩國元首高度重視雙邊經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的重要性,并給予了有力的支持。在慶祝保加利亞與中華人民共和國建交65周年之際,兩國建立了全面的友好合作伙伴關(guān)系,并努力將兩國的合作提高到一個新的、更高的水平,因此,提高雙方在所有領(lǐng)域的合作水平成為了兩國未來的主要目標(biāo)。保加利亞和中國的雙邊關(guān)系近年來迎來了新的階段,雙方在多方面開展合作,兩國關(guān)系穩(wěn)步發(fā)展,政治互信不斷加深,經(jīng)濟(jì)、貿(mào)易、投資、農(nóng)業(yè)、文化、教育等方面的發(fā)展成效有目共睹。保加利亞和中國承諾在平衡的基礎(chǔ)上努力擴(kuò)大貿(mào)易,為此,兩國將努力提供必要的體制基礎(chǔ),尋求農(nóng)業(yè)合作的新形式,這有可能成為兩國務(wù)實(shí)合作的一個新的重要方向。保中雙方將積極發(fā)揮各自的優(yōu)勢,擴(kuò)大與高速公路、隧道、橋梁建設(shè)有關(guān)的合作伙伴關(guān)系。并促進(jìn)保加利亞的機(jī)場擴(kuò)建、港口、鐵路和其他基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施和能...
