出口加工區(qū)是一種有潛在價(jià)值的經(jīng)濟(jì)工具,有助于各國(guó)克服吸引投資和出口增長(zhǎng)方面的一些現(xiàn)有限制。包括肯尼亞在內(nèi)的許多發(fā)展中國(guó)家都建立了加工區(qū),試圖應(yīng)對(duì)工業(yè)化的挑戰(zhàn),并促進(jìn)以出口為導(dǎo)向的制造業(yè)。促進(jìn)出口的動(dòng)機(jī)是基于這樣一項(xiàng)原則,即增加出口將反過(guò)來(lái)促進(jìn)整體經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)。然而,肯尼亞的EPZ計(jì)劃在實(shí)現(xiàn)其預(yù)期目標(biāo)方面并沒(méi)有取得多大成功。正是基于這一考慮,本研究通過(guò)分析肯尼亞出口增長(zhǎng)對(duì)EPZs績(jī)效的影響因素,從實(shí)證的角度出發(fā),探究其表現(xiàn)不佳的原因。本研究采用EPZs出口占全國(guó)出口總額的比重來(lái)衡量績(jī)效,采用探究性分析思路,采用回歸模型對(duì)1993-2017年肯尼亞EPZs的時(shí)間序列數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析。本文共分為六章。第一章是緒論。第二章簡(jiǎn)要概述了肯尼亞出口加工區(qū)、經(jīng)營(yíng)區(qū)、行業(yè)布局、市場(chǎng)和激勵(lì)政策。第三章從出口、投資、就業(yè)和產(chǎn)出等方面分析了EPZs在肯尼亞的表現(xiàn)。第四章是EPZs績(jī)效影響因素的實(shí)證分析、模型說(shuō)明、數(shù)據(jù)分析和實(shí)證結(jié)果的討論。第五章介紹了成功國(guó)家的出口加工區(qū)/經(jīng)濟(jì)特區(qū)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和需要吸取的教訓(xùn)。最后,第六章總結(jié)并提出了提高肯尼亞EPZs績(jī)效的方式途徑。實(shí)證結(jié)果表明,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、生產(chǎn)力以及制度穩(wěn)定性是影響肯尼亞...
