【摘要】：隨著全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展以及信息技術(shù)廣泛應(yīng)用,全球的外包產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,據(jù)中國(guó)商務(wù)部的調(diào)查表明,截止2015年,全球外包業(yè)務(wù)總量會(huì)達(dá)到12000億美元。中國(guó)作為世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的第三極,服務(wù)外包市場(chǎng)發(fā)展同樣的迅速,同時(shí)由于中國(guó)的低廉的勞動(dòng)力成本,越來越多的跨國(guó)企業(yè)在中國(guó)投資并建立自己的分支機(jī)構(gòu),跨國(guó)企業(yè)為中國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)騰飛提供了強(qiáng)勁的動(dòng)力,據(jù)調(diào)查表明,世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)已有400多家企業(yè)以各種不同的形式進(jìn)入了中國(guó),國(guó)內(nèi)外許多學(xué)者就在華跨國(guó)制造企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程外包從多視角,不同的領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行了深入研究。總體而言,眾多學(xué)者主要從動(dòng)因,過程,結(jié)果這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。本文作者在總結(jié)眾多學(xué)者的研究成果之上,對(duì)在華跨國(guó)制造企業(yè)的業(yè)務(wù)流程外包情況進(jìn)行梳理,重點(diǎn)研究了ADS電梯安裝業(yè)務(wù)外包的方案,并對(duì)ADS電梯安裝業(yè)務(wù)外包方案進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。本文在國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)流程外包研究的基礎(chǔ)上,依據(jù)ADS電梯安裝業(yè)務(wù)外包的具體情況,在各階段采取不同的研究方法對(duì)ADS電梯安裝業(yè)務(wù)外包方案進(jìn)行研究,采用文獻(xiàn)研究法歸納并總結(jié)ADS電梯現(xiàn)階段的安裝業(yè)務(wù)外包方案的相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),采用問卷調(diào)查法對(duì)ADS電梯現(xiàn)階段安裝業(yè)務(wù)外包的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行收集,在對(duì)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析時(shí),主要采取探索性因素分析法,在對(duì)ADS電梯安裝業(yè)務(wù)外包方案優(yōu)化過程中,采取實(shí)地及訪談式研究法等科學(xué)方法。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of the global economy and the wide application of information technology, the global outsourcing industry is developing rapidly. According to a survey by the Ministry of Commerce of China, the total amount of global outsourcing business will reach 1.2 trillion US dollars by 2015. As the third pole of the world economy, the service outsourcing market is developing equally rapidly. at the same time, due to the low labor costs in China, more and more multinational enterprises invest in China and set up their own branches. Multinational enterprises have provided a strong driving force for China's economic take-off. According to the survey, more than 400 enterprises in the world's top 500 enterprises have entered China in various forms. Many scholars at home and abroad have studied the business process outsourcing of multinational manufacturing enterprises in China from many perspectives and different fields. Generally speaking, many scholars mainly from the motivation, process, results of these three aspects of research. On the basis of summing up the research results of many scholars, the author combs the business process outsourcing of multinational manufacturing enterprises in China, focuses on the scheme of ADS elevator installation outsourcing, and optimizes the design of ADS elevator installation outsourcing scheme. On the basis of domestic and foreign scholars' research on business process outsourcing, according to the specific situation of ADS elevator installation outsourcing, this paper adopts different research methods to study ADS elevator installation outsourcing scheme in each stage, sums up and summarizes the relevant literature of ADS elevator installation outsourcing scheme at this stage by using literature research method, and uses questionnaire survey method to collect the relevant data of ADS elevator installation outsourcing at this stage. In the analysis of the relevant data, the exploratory factor analysis method is mainly adopted, and the field and interview research methods are adopted in the process of optimizing the outsourcing scheme of ADS elevator installation.
