我國B2C模式下網(wǎng)上藥店發(fā)展問題探析

【摘要】:研究目的網(wǎng)上藥店是指企業(yè)依法建立的,能夠實現(xiàn)與個人消費者在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)上進行醫(yī)藥商品交易的電子虛擬銷售市場,是醫(yī)藥電子商務的一個分支,屬Business-to-Customer (B2C)交易模式。自2005年起,我國網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展取得了不錯的成果,但仍然存在很多問題;诖,本文旨在探索我國B2C模式下網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展問題,為促進網(wǎng)上藥店的更好發(fā)展提供對策建議。研究方法本文綜合運用系統(tǒng)分析法、理論分析與實證分析相結合、定性分析和定量分析相結合的方法從多個方面對我國網(wǎng)上藥店進行了研究。通過分析我國網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展狀況、運營特點以及面臨的宏觀外部環(huán)境,找出了我國網(wǎng)上藥店面臨的優(yōu)勢和問題;通過分析英美等發(fā)達國家網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗,找出了我國網(wǎng)上藥店有待改進的地方。結果1.在運營方面,我國網(wǎng)上藥店有著銷售范圍廣、產(chǎn)品選擇性強、與顧客交互性強、經(jīng)營成本低以及潛在消費者數(shù)量巨大等特點。2.雖然我國對網(wǎng)上藥店有著相當嚴格的準入標準,但是各商家通過與外部專業(yè)平臺搭建與技術對接,已大大縮短了審評準入時間,加快了準入的進度。截至目前,我國經(jīng)食藥監(jiān)局審核批準,可提供互聯(lián)網(wǎng)藥品信息服務的網(wǎng)站有6685家,可提供互聯(lián)網(wǎng)藥品交易服務的網(wǎng)站有460家,向個人消費者提供藥品的網(wǎng)上藥店342家。3.十年間,關于網(wǎng)上藥店的政策規(guī)定不斷變化,并深刻影響著網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展方向。4.從2005年12月我國第一家網(wǎng)上藥店成立至今的十年時間里,我國網(wǎng)上藥店經(jīng)歷了飛快的發(fā)展。如今,已有460家企業(yè)通過了資格認定,其中服務范圍為“第三方交易平臺”的企業(yè)有19家,服務范圍為“與其他企業(yè)進行藥品交易”的有99家,服務范圍為“向個人消費者提供藥品”即網(wǎng)上藥店數(shù)量為342家,增長的度非?。5.受經(jīng)濟發(fā)展水平等多種因素的影響,我國網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出東部地區(qū)偏多、中部和西部地區(qū)偏少的情況。東部地區(qū)的網(wǎng)上藥店占我國所有網(wǎng)上藥店數(shù)量的半壁江山,高達67%;中部地區(qū)和西部地區(qū)的網(wǎng)上藥店數(shù)量相當,分別占17%和16%。結論1.我國網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展面臨著復雜的問題,包括在政治法律方面、經(jīng)濟方面、社會文化方面和技術方面。2.四大類問題相互聯(lián)系,共同影響著我國網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展,我國網(wǎng)上藥店的發(fā)展仍然任重而道遠。3.我國網(wǎng)上藥店雖然發(fā)展迅速,但是與發(fā)達國家仍然存在很大差距。4.我國網(wǎng)上藥店可通過多種途徑實現(xiàn)更好更快的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Research purpose the online drugstore is an electronic virtual marketing market which is established according to law by enterprises and can trade pharmaceutical goods with individual consumers on the Internet. It is a branch of medical e-commerce. Belongs to Business-to-Customer (B2C) trading mode. Since 2005, the development of online pharmacies in China has achieved good results, but there are still many problems. Based on this, this paper aims to explore the development of online drugstores under the B2C mode in China, and provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the better development of online pharmacies. Methods in this paper, the systematic analysis, the combination of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, and the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis are used to study the online drugstores in China from many aspects. By analyzing the development situation, operation characteristics and macro-external environment of Chinese online drugstores, this paper finds out the advantages and problems faced by Chinese online drugstores. Through the analysis of the development experience of online pharmacies in developed countries such as Britain and the United States, this paper finds out where the online drugstores in China need to be improved. Outcome 1. In terms of operation, China's online pharmacies have the characteristics of wide sales range, strong product selectivity, strong interaction with customers, low operating costs and a large number of potential consumers. 2. Although our country has quite strict access standards for online drugstores, by connecting with the external professional platform, each merchant has greatly shortened the access time and speeded up the progress of the access. Up to now, China has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration. There are 6685 websites that can provide Internet drug information services, 460 websites that can provide Internet drug trading services, and 342 online pharmacies providing drugs to individual consumers. Over the past decade, the policy on online pharmacies has been constantly changing, and has deeply influenced the development direction of online pharmacies. 4. Since the establishment of the first online drugstore in China in December 2005, the online drugstore has experienced rapid development. Today, 460 enterprises have passed the qualification, of which 19 have a "third-party trading platform" and 99 have a "drug transaction with other companies." The number of online drugstores, or 342 online drugstores, has grown very rapidly. 5. 5%. Under the influence of many factors, such as the level of economic development, the development of online pharmacies in China appears to be more in the east and less in the central and western regions. The number of online pharmacies in the eastern region accounts for half of all online pharmacies in China, at 67 percent, while the number of online pharmacies in the central and western regions is similar, accounting for 17 percent and 16 percent, respectively. Conclusion 1. The development of online pharmacies in China is facing complex problems, including political and legal aspects, economic aspects, socio-cultural aspects and technical aspects. The four kinds of problems are interrelated and affect the development of Chinese online drugstores together. The development of Chinese online drugstores still has a long way to go. Despite the rapid development of online pharmacies in China, there is still a big gap between China and developed countries. 4. Chinese online drugstores can achieve better and faster development through a variety of ways.
