【摘要】：改革開放以來,全國服務(wù)業(yè)得到了快速發(fā)展,已經(jīng)逐步發(fā)展成為拉動城市經(jīng)濟增長的重要動力和吸納就業(yè)的重要因素。從時間和空間兩個維度出發(fā),運用區(qū)位商、就業(yè)彈性系數(shù)、空間基尼系數(shù)等指標(biāo)探究超大城市服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)律,有以下幾點:第一,超大城市服務(wù)業(yè)產(chǎn)值及比重逐年上升,對經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的貢獻率不斷提升;第二,生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè)比重逐漸擴大,各超大城市專業(yè)化優(yōu)勢顯著;第三,北京市和深圳市各區(qū)縣的服務(wù)業(yè)空間分布差異顯著,整體上呈現(xiàn)出由核心向邊緣擴散的特點。而針對我國超大型城市服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題,可以從加強基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè),改善發(fā)展環(huán)境;大力發(fā)展生產(chǎn)性服務(wù)業(yè),推動產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)優(yōu)化升級;加強政府宏觀調(diào)控,制定合理的規(guī)劃政策;擴大城市開放度,提升國際化水平等方面改進。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the national service industry has been developing rapidly, and has gradually developed into an important driving force of urban economic growth and an important factor to absorb employment. Based on the two dimensions of time and space, this paper explores the development law of service industry in megacities by using the index of location quotient, employment elasticity coefficient, spatial Gini coefficient and so on. There are the following points: first, the output value and proportion of service industry in megacities increase year by year. The contribution rate to economic development is increasing; Second, the proportion of producer services gradually expanded, and the specialization advantage of each megacities was significant; third, the spatial distribution of service industry in Beijing and Shenzhen was significant, showing the characteristics of diffusion from core to edge on the whole. In view of the problems existing in the development of the service industry in the super large cities of our country, we can strengthen the infrastructure construction, improve the development environment, vigorously develop the producer services industry and promote the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure. Strengthen the government macro-control, formulate reasonable planning policies, expand the degree of urban openness, enhance the level of internationalization and other aspects of improvement.
