【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化模式下,全世界范圍內(nèi),各種外貿(mào)活動不斷增加,各國之間的貿(mào)易往來不斷頻繁。醫(yī)藥化工行業(yè)與人們的身體健康密切相關(guān),隨著人們健康意識的不斷提高,在健康方面的投入也不斷增加,有力的推動了醫(yī)藥化工行業(yè)的發(fā)展。于是,隨著時代的發(fā)展,醫(yī)藥化工行業(yè)適逢其時,得到了快速的發(fā)展。而在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化大潮的席卷之下,我國的醫(yī)藥化工行業(yè)也積極的融入全球經(jīng)濟(jì)的大流之中。大量的醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)如同雨后春筍一般,不斷的涌現(xiàn)出來,并積極的參與到整個國際醫(yī)藥化工市場之中,成為重要的組成部分。于是,醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)獲得了更多的機(jī)遇,可以與全世界范圍內(nèi)不同國家和地區(qū)的企業(yè)進(jìn)行貿(mào)易往來,以謀求更大的發(fā)展。但是,對于中小型醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)而言,全球化的外貿(mào)環(huán)境下,在遭遇千載難逢的發(fā)展機(jī)遇的同時,也不可避免的需要面臨來自經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的外貿(mào)風(fēng)險和挑戰(zhàn)。并且,受到政策和自身內(nèi)部諸多因素的影響,中小型外貿(mào)企業(yè)需要承受內(nèi)外雙重壓力,并面臨著更為激烈的市場競爭。對于醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)而言,生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)營方面較之其他一些外貿(mào)企業(yè)存在一定的差異,在某些方面更容易受到來自內(nèi)、外部因素的影響,因此,所面臨的威脅和挑戰(zhàn)也更多。在這樣嚴(yán)峻的現(xiàn)實情況下,如何尋求發(fā)展,在醫(yī)藥化工市場上占據(jù)一席之地,成為擺在所有中小型醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)面前的重要課題。而通過積極的構(gòu)建起科學(xué)的經(jīng)營模式,可以幫助中小型醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)更好的應(yīng)對來自各方面的壓力和挑戰(zhàn),獲得發(fā)展與壯大。本文以中小型醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)為研究對象,對中小型醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)所處的經(jīng)營環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析,并利用SWOT模型對中小型醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)經(jīng)營過程中所面臨的威脅和機(jī)會等進(jìn)行具體分析,得出其在經(jīng)營過程中所面具備的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。并立足現(xiàn)實,結(jié)合中小型醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)的實際情況,提出構(gòu)建其經(jīng)營模式的具體措施。全文一共分為五個部分,第一部分是對研究背景和意義,以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀以及用到的研究方法的分析,并對本文的研究創(chuàng)新點和涉及到的相關(guān)理論進(jìn)行介紹。第二部分是以中小型醫(yī)藥化工企業(yè)為研究對象,對其所處的經(jīng)營環(huán)境進(jìn)行分析。第三部分,利用SWOT模型對中小型醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)經(jīng)營過程中所面臨的威脅和機(jī)會等進(jìn)行具體分析,得出其在經(jīng)營過程中所面具備的優(yōu)勢和劣勢。第四部分,并立足現(xiàn)實,結(jié)合中小型醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)的實際情況,提出構(gòu)建其經(jīng)營模式的具體措施。最后一部分,得出結(jié)論,并對下一階段的工作進(jìn)行展望。希望通過本文的分析研究,可以為我國中小型醫(yī)藥化工外貿(mào)企業(yè)的經(jīng)營和發(fā)展提供些許借鑒。
[Abstract]:Under the mode of economic globalization, various kinds of foreign trade activities are increasing all over the world, and the trade exchanges between countries are constantly frequent. The medical and chemical industry is closely related to people's health. With the improvement of people's health awareness, the investment in health is also increasing, which has promoted the development of pharmaceutical chemical industry. As a result, with the development of the times, the pharmaceutical and chemical industry at the right time, has been rapid development. Under the tide of economic globalization, China's pharmaceutical and chemical industry is also actively integrated into the global economy. A large number of pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises have sprung up and become an important part of the whole international pharmaceutical chemical market. As a result, the foreign trade enterprises of pharmaceutical and chemical industry have gained more opportunities to trade with enterprises in different countries and regions all over the world in order to seek greater development. However, for the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical chemical foreign trade enterprises, under the global foreign trade environment, in the face of once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for development, it is also inevitable to face the foreign trade risks and challenges from the economic globalization. Moreover, under the influence of policy and many internal factors, small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises need to bear internal and external pressure and face more fierce market competition. For pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises, there are some differences in production and management, which are more easily influenced by internal and external factors in some aspects, therefore, the threats and challenges are more and more. In such a severe reality, how to seek development and occupy a place in the pharmaceutical chemical industry market has become an important issue in front of all small and medium-sized pharmaceutical chemical enterprises. Through the positive construction of scientific management model, can help small and medium-sized pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises to better cope with the pressure and challenges from all aspects, to obtain development and growth. This paper takes the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical chemical enterprises as the research object, analyzes the operating environment of the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical chemical foreign trade enterprises. The SWOT model is used to analyze the threats and opportunities faced by the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical and chemical foreign trade enterprises, and the advantages and disadvantages in the process of operation are obtained. And based on the reality, combined with the actual situation of the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical chemical foreign trade enterprises, the concrete measures to construct its management model are put forward. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part is the research background and significance, as well as the domestic and foreign research status and research methods used to analyze, and the research innovation of this paper and related theories are introduced. The second part is the small and medium-sized pharmaceutical and chemical enterprises as the research object, its business environment is analyzed. In the third part, SWOT model is used to analyze the threats and opportunities faced by small and medium-sized pharmaceutical and chemical foreign trade enterprises, and the advantages and disadvantages in the process of operation are obtained. The fourth part, and based on the reality, combined with the actual situation of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical chemical foreign trade enterprises, put forward the specific measures to build its business model. In the last part, we draw a conclusion and look forward to the next stage of work. It is hoped that the analysis and research in this paper can provide some reference for the management and development of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical chemical foreign trade enterprises in China.
