[Abstract]:Cape Verde's development momentum is becoming a constant and significant gain as a proof of recent middle-income adherents to the World Trade Organization's graduating countries, as well as a special partnership with the European Union. On July 23, 2008, Cape Verde officially became the 153rd member of the World Trade Organization and thus conquered it as the first African country and the third least advanced nation to obtain the symbol through negotiations. The advantages of starting from this have a lot to highlight investors' greatest trust, to comfort the expansion of the market and to complete the business in a more secure and stable atmosphere at home, and also to improve the quality of the installation of the service. Once everything begins to guide the model and the rules of international trade. Based on the need for bibliographic construction and exploratory research on subjects of concern, theoretical references to articles, books, magazines, and websites, this work is elaborated. This paper also SWOT the general analysis of the country. The aim of this study is to strengthen the academic and professional contribution of theoretical knowledge on the subject. It will feel completely happy if the proposed work translates into some useful reminders of the importance of these classes. Knowledge, even if it is short-lived, the practice of existing traditional and systematic approaches to reality, will be a way to emphasize the importance of this problem in creating conditions for improvement in its treatment. This study will begin with this subject, and will knowledge and teach the heart of the country's real economic and social structural challenges that the country will face, and solutions for the future, not only for local politicians, But the most important thing is business class. As far as appearance is concerned, it must be because of its vertical added value to the substantial island, which prevents any organization or individual from visiting from a small country to obtain WTO's true survey data. The results obtained at the end of the work show the need for a clear road for Cape Verde to organize and strengthen the competitiveness of the private sector and enterprises through, inter alia, the improvement of the financial climate of the company, the hot spot and support for small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, continue reform in the business sector, qualifying and forming national staff, once they play an important part in the country's economic growth, and allow investors to provide greater foresight, which is the last, One is a very important decisive pillar in external investment requirements.
