【摘要】：文中在對餐飲外賣行業(yè)研究背景簡要介紹的基礎(chǔ)上,也對其發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了簡要的描述,歸納總結(jié)了這個行業(yè)快速發(fā)展過程中帶來的食品安全隱患和交通安全隱患,并從產(chǎn)生食品安全問題和交通安全問題的多個角度進(jìn)行了分析,提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議,以便更好地解決餐飲外賣行業(yè)快速發(fā)展帶來的一些問題,促進(jìn)餐飲外賣行業(yè)的健康發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:On the basis of a brief introduction to the research background of catering takeout industry, this paper also briefly describes the current situation of its development, and summarizes the hidden dangers of food safety and traffic safety brought by the rapid development of this industry. It also analyzes the problems of food safety and traffic safety, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions in order to better solve some problems brought about by the rapid development of the food and takeout industry. To promote the healthy development of catering takeout industry.
