【摘要】：關于書畫鑒定與評估體系的研究,西方發(fā)達國家較為成熟,已形成了自己的鑒定評估體系,也有了相當豐碩的研究成果。相對于國外對書畫鑒定評估的研究成果來看,我們國家在這方面的研究相對保守,尚未有新的突破,研究方向多偏向于從作品技法、圖章、風格等方面入手,雖也有通過微觀觀測法等科學技術手段進行的鑒定評估,卻并未形成系統(tǒng)的鑒定評估體系。對于市場鑒定與評估體系的建立,多從如何完善法律法規(guī)的角度研究,卻較少根據行業(yè)的市場表現(xiàn),進行鑒定與市場應用結合的學術性、可操作性兼顧的研究與探討。由于中國自古以來重視臨摹學習的方法,為保存、修復、展覽、出售而取得復制品,使得自古以來就流傳大量的仿制品和復制品。對于這些自古流傳于世的“贗品”來說,其不但具有歷史價值,更具有相當程度上的經濟價值。本文所要探討的“贗品”是指那些違反市場規(guī)律,用于投機獲取高額利益,侵害交易者權利的“贗品”。由于造假和“贗品”而引發(fā)的擾亂市場秩序、侵害交易者利益的一系列問題,已經成為中國書畫拍賣市場上急需解決的問題,因此中國書畫的鑒定與評估在中國藝術品市場中的地位不可估量。本文旨在從中國書畫鑒定入手,以齊白石作品為案例,通過論述中國書畫拍賣市場中鑒定的意義,期望能夠在全新的鑒定意識下,給予中國書畫拍賣市場以啟示,以便達到建立健全鑒定體系的目的,滿足書畫創(chuàng)作者、書畫生產者、書畫評估者、書畫消費者的不同需求。
[Abstract]:The western developed countries have already formed their own appraisal and evaluation system, and have also made a lot of research achievements on the research of calligraphy and painting identification and evaluation system. Compared with the research results of the appraisal and evaluation of calligraphy and painting abroad, our country's research in this area is relatively conservative, and there has not been a new breakthrough. The research direction is more inclined to start with the techniques, seals, styles and so on of the works. Although there are some scientific and technological means such as microscopic observation, there is no systematic appraisal system. For the establishment of market appraisal and evaluation system, the author mainly studies from the angle of how to perfect laws and regulations, but less studies and probes into the combination of identification and market application according to the market performance of the industry and the academic nature and maneuverability. Since ancient times, China has attached great importance to the method of copy learning and acquired copies for preservation, repair, exhibition and sale, which has led to the spread of a large number of replicas and replicas since ancient times. For these "forgeries" which have been handed down since ancient times, they not only have historical value, but also have economic value to a certain extent. The "forgeries" discussed in this paper refer to those "forgeries" that violate the laws of the market, are used to gain high profits by speculation, and infringe the rights of traders. A series of problems caused by counterfeiting and "forgery" that disturb the market order and infringe on the interests of traders have become a problem that needs to be solved in the Chinese calligraphy and painting auction market. Therefore, the appraisal and evaluation of Chinese calligraphy and painting is inestimable in the Chinese art market. The purpose of this paper is to start with the identification of Chinese calligraphy and painting, taking Qi Baishi's works as an example, by discussing the significance of appraisal in the auction market of Chinese calligraphy and painting, hoping to give the auction market of Chinese calligraphy and painting inspiration under the brand new appraisal consciousness. In order to establish a sound appraisal system, to meet the different needs of painting and calligraphy creators, painting producers, painting evaluators, painting and calligraphy consumers.
