中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:能源與環(huán)境問(wèn)題是當(dāng)今各國(guó)面臨的重要問(wèn)題,是影響全球經(jīng)濟(jì)特別是汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。中國(guó)作為世界能源消耗大國(guó)和汽車產(chǎn)銷大國(guó),所面臨的能源和環(huán)境問(wèn)題尤為突出,為此,中國(guó)對(duì)耗能低、污染少的電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展尤為重視,并從政策支持和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新兩個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了探索。伴隨著共享經(jīng)濟(jì)和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"正逐漸改變?nèi)藗兊挠^念和生活方式,將電動(dòng)汽車與共享經(jīng)濟(jì)和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"相結(jié)合的電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃的商業(yè)模式成為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的一個(gè)重點(diǎn)方向,對(duì)促進(jìn)中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。因此,對(duì)中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究具有重要的理論和實(shí)踐意義。首先,在研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對(duì)全球新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和國(guó)內(nèi)外電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃的商業(yè)模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。全球產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀部分從市場(chǎng)表現(xiàn)/推廣應(yīng)用情況、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新三部分進(jìn)行了分析,全面的總結(jié)了新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展重點(diǎn)和方向。國(guó)外電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃模式現(xiàn)狀部分主要從車輛、價(jià)格、租賃流程和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)4個(gè)方面介紹了全球典型的Autolib和Car2go模式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,國(guó)內(nèi)部分則從政策支持、地理布局、價(jià)值鏈3個(gè)角度對(duì)中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃模式的整體發(fā)展?fàn)顩r進(jìn)行了概括,從而形成對(duì)中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃模式及其發(fā)展趨勢(shì)的全面認(rèn)識(shí)。其次,本文在中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃商業(yè)模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,參考了國(guó)外學(xué)者Kley等構(gòu)建的形態(tài)學(xué)矩陣,考慮了價(jià)值主張、價(jià)值鏈和盈利模式三要素,構(gòu)建了包括車輛、運(yùn)營(yíng)方、交易方式三個(gè)一級(jí)要素和13個(gè)二級(jí)要素及其各自特征的中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃商業(yè)模式形態(tài)學(xué)矩陣,并以服務(wù)導(dǎo)向作為商業(yè)模式評(píng)判準(zhǔn)則。最后,本文以構(gòu)建的中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃商業(yè)模式形態(tài)學(xué)矩陣為依據(jù),選取了 39個(gè)推廣應(yīng)用示范城市(群)中最具代表性的杭州微公交模式、北京綠狗車紛享模式和北京零派樂(lè)享模式進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新性分析,并基于時(shí)間演進(jìn)層面、不同城市層面和同一城市的不同模式層面對(duì)這三種模式進(jìn)行對(duì)比,進(jìn)而從車輛、運(yùn)營(yíng)方、交易方式以及結(jié)合地域特色四個(gè)方面提出中國(guó)電動(dòng)汽車分時(shí)租賃商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:Energy and environment is an important problem facing countries nowadays, and it is an important factor affecting the development of the global economy, especially the automobile industry. As a major energy consuming country in the world and a large country in automobile production and marketing, China is faced with particularly prominent energy and environmental problems. For this reason, China attaches particular importance to the development of the electric vehicle industry with low energy consumption and less pollution. And has carried on the exploration from the policy support and the business model innovation two aspects. Along with the sharing economy and the "Internet," people are gradually changing their ideas and ways of life. It is of great significance to promote the development of electric vehicle industry in China by combining electric vehicle with sharing economy and "Internet" as a key direction of business model innovation. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the innovation of Chinese electric vehicle time-sharing leasing business model. First of all, based on the research of related literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the global new energy vehicle industry and the domestic and foreign business model of electric vehicle time-sharing lease. The present situation of global industry development is analyzed from three parts: market performance / application, industrial development policy and business model innovation, and the development focus and direction of new energy automobile industry are summarized. The present situation of time-sharing leasing mode of electric vehicles abroad mainly introduces the global typical Autolib and Car2go models from four aspects: vehicle, price, lease process and infrastructure construction. On this basis, the domestic part generalizes the overall development of the time-sharing leasing model of electric vehicles in China from the aspects of policy support, geographical distribution and value chain. In order to form a comprehensive understanding of China's electric vehicle time-sharing leasing model and its development trend. Secondly, on the basis of the current situation of the development of the time-sharing business model of electric vehicles in China, this paper, referring to the morphological matrix constructed by foreign scholars, such as Kley, considers the value proposition, the value chain and the profit model, and constructs three elements, which include the vehicle, the value chain and the profit model. The morphological matrix of Chinese electric vehicle time-sharing leasing business model with three first-order elements and 13 second-class elements and their respective characteristics, and the service-oriented business model is taken as the criterion of judging the business model. Finally, based on the morphological matrix of Chinese electric vehicle time-sharing leasing business model, this paper selects the Hangzhou micro-bus model, which is the most representative of 39 demonstration cities (clusters). This paper analyzes the innovation of Beijing Green Dog car Model and Beijing Zero style Mode, and compares the three models based on time evolution level, different city level and different mode level of the same city, and then from vehicle to operator. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the innovation of time-sharing leasing business model of electric vehicles in China from four aspects: transaction mode and regional characteristics.
