中國電動汽車分時租賃的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新研究

【摘要】:能源與環(huán)境問題是當今各國面臨的重要問題,是影響全球經(jīng)濟特別是汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要因素。中國作為世界能源消耗大國和汽車產(chǎn)銷大國,所面臨的能源和環(huán)境問題尤為突出,為此,中國對耗能低、污染少的電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展尤為重視,并從政策支持和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新兩個方面進行了探索。伴隨著共享經(jīng)濟和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"正逐漸改變?nèi)藗兊挠^念和生活方式,將電動汽車與共享經(jīng)濟和"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+"相結(jié)合的電動汽車分時租賃的商業(yè)模式成為商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的一個重點方向,對促進中國電動汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展具有重要意義。因此,對中國電動汽車分時租賃的商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的研究具有重要的理論和實踐意義。首先,在研究相關(guān)文獻的基礎(chǔ)上,本文對全球新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和國內(nèi)外電動汽車分時租賃的商業(yè)模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進行了分析。全球產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀部分從市場表現(xiàn)/推廣應(yīng)用情況、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展政策和商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新三部分進行了分析,全面的總結(jié)了新能源汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展重點和方向。國外電動汽車分時租賃模式現(xiàn)狀部分主要從車輛、價格、租賃流程和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)4個方面介紹了全球典型的Autolib和Car2go模式。在此基礎(chǔ)上,國內(nèi)部分則從政策支持、地理布局、價值鏈3個角度對中國電動汽車分時租賃模式的整體發(fā)展狀況進行了概括,從而形成對中國電動汽車分時租賃模式及其發(fā)展趨勢的全面認識。其次,本文在中國電動汽車分時租賃商業(yè)模式發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,參考了國外學(xué)者Kley等構(gòu)建的形態(tài)學(xué)矩陣,考慮了價值主張、價值鏈和盈利模式三要素,構(gòu)建了包括車輛、運營方、交易方式三個一級要素和13個二級要素及其各自特征的中國電動汽車分時租賃商業(yè)模式形態(tài)學(xué)矩陣,并以服務(wù)導(dǎo)向作為商業(yè)模式評判準則。最后,本文以構(gòu)建的中國電動汽車分時租賃商業(yè)模式形態(tài)學(xué)矩陣為依據(jù),選取了 39個推廣應(yīng)用示范城市(群)中最具代表性的杭州微公交模式、北京綠狗車紛享模式和北京零派樂享模式進行了創(chuàng)新性分析,并基于時間演進層面、不同城市層面和同一城市的不同模式層面對這三種模式進行對比,進而從車輛、運營方、交易方式以及結(jié)合地域特色四個方面提出中國電動汽車分時租賃商業(yè)模式創(chuàng)新的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Energy and environment is an important problem facing countries nowadays, and it is an important factor affecting the development of the global economy, especially the automobile industry. As a major energy consuming country in the world and a large country in automobile production and marketing, China is faced with particularly prominent energy and environmental problems. For this reason, China attaches particular importance to the development of the electric vehicle industry with low energy consumption and less pollution. And has carried on the exploration from the policy support and the business model innovation two aspects. Along with the sharing economy and the "Internet," people are gradually changing their ideas and ways of life. It is of great significance to promote the development of electric vehicle industry in China by combining electric vehicle with sharing economy and "Internet" as a key direction of business model innovation. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the innovation of Chinese electric vehicle time-sharing leasing business model. First of all, based on the research of related literature, this paper analyzes the current situation of the development of the global new energy vehicle industry and the domestic and foreign business model of electric vehicle time-sharing lease. The present situation of global industry development is analyzed from three parts: market performance / application, industrial development policy and business model innovation, and the development focus and direction of new energy automobile industry are summarized. The present situation of time-sharing leasing mode of electric vehicles abroad mainly introduces the global typical Autolib and Car2go models from four aspects: vehicle, price, lease process and infrastructure construction. On this basis, the domestic part generalizes the overall development of the time-sharing leasing model of electric vehicles in China from the aspects of policy support, geographical distribution and value chain. In order to form a comprehensive understanding of China's electric vehicle time-sharing leasing model and its development trend. Secondly, on the basis of the current situation of the development of the time-sharing business model of electric vehicles in China, this paper, referring to the morphological matrix constructed by foreign scholars, such as Kley, considers the value proposition, the value chain and the profit model, and constructs three elements, which include the vehicle, the value chain and the profit model. The morphological matrix of Chinese electric vehicle time-sharing leasing business model with three first-order elements and 13 second-class elements and their respective characteristics, and the service-oriented business model is taken as the criterion of judging the business model. Finally, based on the morphological matrix of Chinese electric vehicle time-sharing leasing business model, this paper selects the Hangzhou micro-bus model, which is the most representative of 39 demonstration cities (clusters). This paper analyzes the innovation of Beijing Green Dog car Model and Beijing Zero style Mode, and compares the three models based on time evolution level, different city level and different mode level of the same city, and then from vehicle to operator. This paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the innovation of time-sharing leasing business model of electric vehicles in China from four aspects: transaction mode and regional characteristics.
