【摘要】：經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化加快了各國(guó)之間密切交流與合作的步伐,因此,很多國(guó)家擴(kuò)大了對(duì)外貿(mào)易支持的力度,當(dāng)然中國(guó)也不例外。中英雙邊貿(mào)易的開展具有很長(zhǎng)的歷史,但中英雙邊貿(mào)易額占中國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易的比重和中英雙邊貿(mào)易額占英國(guó)對(duì)外貿(mào)易額的比重都很低。近幾年兩國(guó)政治穩(wěn)定、關(guān)系緩和,英國(guó)為了緩解歐洲債務(wù)危機(jī)帶來的經(jīng)濟(jì)衰退,中國(guó)為了推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程,中英之間政治經(jīng)貿(mào)往來不斷增加。兩國(guó)雙邊貿(mào)易的增加不僅體現(xiàn)在兩國(guó)貿(mào)易規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大、貿(mào)易結(jié)構(gòu)不斷改上善,更體現(xiàn)在兩國(guó)相互依存度和彼此間的聯(lián)系的增強(qiáng)上。由于兩國(guó)在資源、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等方面各有自身的特點(diǎn),使中英雙邊貿(mào)易在很多產(chǎn)業(yè)上具有極強(qiáng)的互補(bǔ)性,因此,中國(guó)與英國(guó)雙邊貿(mào)易發(fā)展?fàn)顩r的比較分析對(duì)雙邊貿(mào)易具有重要的意義。本文從近年來中英雙邊貿(mào)易的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀出發(fā),分析了中英兩國(guó)貿(mào)易發(fā)展規(guī)模、產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)以及兩國(guó)在發(fā)展過程中面臨的一系列問題。并在此基礎(chǔ)上分析了中英兩國(guó)貿(mào)易商品和結(jié)構(gòu)的互補(bǔ)性和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)性問題,表明中國(guó)產(chǎn)品的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力相對(duì)不足。同時(shí),為提高中國(guó)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,促進(jìn)中英交流合作,本文認(rèn)為中英貿(mào)易的不斷發(fā)展既是英國(guó)應(yīng)對(duì)歐洲債務(wù)危機(jī)的困境需要加強(qiáng)對(duì)外合作的要求,也是中國(guó)為推進(jìn)人民幣國(guó)際化的進(jìn)程,充分發(fā)揮英國(guó)金融中心的需要,更是中英經(jīng)濟(jì)持久繁榮、互惠共贏的需要。中英兩國(guó)經(jīng)貿(mào)合作的發(fā)展不僅有利于實(shí)現(xiàn)兩國(guó)利益,更有利于促進(jìn)中歐、中國(guó)與世界合作與交流,為中國(guó)與其他國(guó)家往來提供了一定的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。隨著中英貿(mào)易的發(fā)展,中國(guó)要積極抓住兩國(guó)合作過程中帶來的機(jī)遇,應(yīng)對(duì)國(guó)際形勢(shì)的嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn),不斷提高中國(guó)企業(yè)自主創(chuàng)新的能力和產(chǎn)品的國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,以實(shí)現(xiàn)中英雙邊貿(mào)易的發(fā)展帶動(dòng)中歐、中國(guó)與世界經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Economic globalization has accelerated the pace of close exchanges and cooperation among countries. Therefore, many countries have expanded their foreign trade support, of course, China is no exception. The development of Sino-British bilateral trade has a long history, but the proportion of Sino-British bilateral trade to China's foreign trade and Sino-British bilateral trade to British foreign trade is very low. In recent years, the two countries have been politically stable and their relations have eased. In order to ease the economic recession caused by the European debt crisis, and to promote the internationalization of the renminbi, the political and economic exchanges between China and Britain have been increasing. The increase of bilateral trade between the two countries is not only reflected in the expansion of the scale of trade between the two countries, but also in the improvement of the trade structure, but also in the strengthening of the interdependence and the relationship between the two countries. Since the two countries have their own characteristics in resources and industrial structure, the bilateral trade between China and Britain is highly complementary in many industries. The comparative analysis of the development of bilateral trade between China and Britain is of great significance to bilateral trade. Based on the development of bilateral trade between China and Britain in recent years, this paper analyzes the development scale, product structure and a series of problems in the development of Sino-British trade. On this basis, the complementary and competitive problems of Sino-British trade commodity and structure are analyzed, which shows that the competitive advantage and competitiveness of Chinese products are relatively insufficient. At the same time, in order to improve China's competitiveness and promote Sino-British exchanges and cooperation, this paper argues that the continuous development of Sino-British trade is the requirement for Britain to strengthen its foreign cooperation in response to the plight of the European debt crisis. It is also the need for China to give full play to the needs of the British financial center in order to promote the internationalization of the renminbi. It is also the need for the lasting prosperity of the Chinese and British economies and the need for mutual benefit and win-win results. The development of Sino-British economic and trade cooperation is not only conducive to the realization of the interests of the two countries, but also conducive to promoting China-EU cooperation and exchanges with the world, thus providing certain experience for China's exchanges with other countries. With the development of Sino-British trade, China should actively seize the opportunities brought by the process of cooperation between the two countries, cope with the severe test of the international situation, and continuously improve the ability of Chinese enterprises to innovate independently and enhance the international competitiveness of their products. In order to achieve the development of bilateral trade between China and Britain, China and the world economy.
