中華糧網(wǎng)糧食信息商務(wù)模式創(chuàng)新研究
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of society and economy, the ancient grain industry has also experienced ups and downs of reform, grain e-commerce came into being, food industry information construction has become the focus of development. With the application and development of e-commerce, the business model in e-commerce environment has gradually become the focus of attention. The existing research report on the development of electronic commerce shows that the lack of business model will seriously hinder the development of electronic commerce, and the management of enterprises will also increase considerable difficulty. Enterprise competition in e-commerce environment has changed from product competition to business model competition. China Grain Network is a comprehensive professional portal of grain industry, which is controlled by China Grain Reserve Management Corporation and integrates the functions of grain e-commerce, information service, price release, data center and so on. This paper tries a variety of business models such as electronic trading platform and information service in the scope of grain e-commerce business, in which information service is subdivided into customized member service, information value-added service and other business models. After years of development, China Grain Network information service system has occupied an important position in the industry, but the traditional information service business model has many drawbacks and development bottlenecks, with the continuous development of competitive websites, CCFN's information service business model needs to be innovated urgently, and its innovation and exploration will bring profound significance to the development of E-commerce and the company in the future. Therefore, this article mainly combines the author's actual work, mainly adopts the case study method, takes the CCFN as a case study, studies its information service new business mode-one-to-one information consulting service business model operation plan. The conclusions are as follows: the customized and passive information service business model of CCFN has many drawbacks, and it is urgent to improve the market situation of information products by a new business model. One-to-one information consulting business model is an innovative scheme to adapt to the development of e-commerce model. Information service should develop from traditional mass information transmission to customer demand. Adhere to user-oriented, focus on customer needs, information integration, improve service efficiency. One-to-one information consulting business model is suitable for improving the current situation of China grain network information services. Change information service thinking, change information service strategy, focus on high-quality information production, fully tap customer needs, fully help customers solve problems. This business model can be tried in the current resources and market environment of CCFN, and it is expected to bring substantial improvement to the business development of CCFN.
