加入WTO對(duì)俄羅斯對(duì)外貿(mào)易的影響研究

【摘要】：近年來隨著世界經(jīng)濟(jì)飛速發(fā)展,世界各國都致力于自身的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,加入WTO組織是俄羅斯融入經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的必然選擇。2011年末俄羅斯正式加入了WTO組織,成為該組織的第156個(gè)成員,這既是機(jī)遇,更是挑戰(zhàn)。在俄羅斯加入了WTO之后,俄羅斯政府不斷改善經(jīng)濟(jì)戰(zhàn)略,對(duì)外積極發(fā)展貿(mào)易,從而帶動(dòng)國家內(nèi)部的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。俄羅斯自從加入WTO之后,在國家內(nèi)部對(duì)外貿(mào)易的策略也發(fā)生了變化,進(jìn)口貿(mào)易策略和出口貿(mào)易策略上都做出了一些變化,除了這些變化之外,俄羅斯在加入WTO之后在進(jìn)口出口商品的結(jié)構(gòu)方面也做出了調(diào)整,入世對(duì)俄羅斯的經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易發(fā)展有利有弊,但總體而言,利大于弊,入世為俄羅斯帶來了巨大益處。本文主要研究了俄羅斯加入WTO之后對(duì)俄羅斯對(duì)外貿(mào)易產(chǎn)生的影響,主要針對(duì)俄羅斯在加入WTO之前的對(duì)外貿(mào)易狀態(tài),俄羅斯加入WTO的主要過程,俄羅斯在加入WTO在進(jìn)出口策略上的改變這三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究,并且分析了策略改變對(duì)俄羅斯對(duì)外貿(mào)易的影響,最后探討了完善俄羅斯對(duì)外貿(mào)易策略和方法,通過研究全面深化地了解加入WTO之后對(duì)俄羅斯對(duì)外貿(mào)易的影響。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the world economy, all countries in the world are committed to their own economic development. Joining the WTO organization is the inevitable choice for Russia to integrate into the economic globalization. Russia formally joined the WTO Organization at the end of 2011. Becoming the 156th member of the organization is both an opportunity and a challenge. After Russia joined the WTO, the Russian government constantly improved its economic strategy and actively developed foreign trade, thus promoting the internal economic development of the country. Since Russia joined the WTO, the strategy of foreign trade within the country has also changed. In addition to these changes, Russia has made some changes in its import trade strategy and its export trade strategy. After joining WTO, Russia has also made adjustments in the structure of import export commodities. WTO entry has both advantages and disadvantages for Russia's economic and trade development, but generally speaking, the advantages outweigh the disadvantages and bring great benefits to Russia. This paper mainly studies the influence of Russia's entry into WTO on Russia's foreign trade, focusing on Russia's foreign trade status before its entry into WTO, and the main process of Russia's entry into WTO. This paper studies the three aspects of Russia's import and export strategy after joining WTO, analyzes the influence of the strategy change on Russia's foreign trade, and finally probes into how to perfect Russia's foreign trade strategy and method. Through the study of the comprehensive and in-depth understanding of the impact on Russia's foreign trade after China's entry into WTO.
