國際外包與我國企業(yè)價值鏈低碳重構研究

【摘要】：進入21世紀,全球氣候變暖日益加劇,低碳經(jīng)濟成為時代經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的主題。當前,我國已成為世界上最大的溫室氣體排放國。而我國參與國際外包的方式仍然是以承接制造外包業(yè)務為主,“中國制造”帶來的高污染、高碳排放嚴重制約了我國低碳經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展。20世紀90年代開始,國際上興起了以服務外包為主的產(chǎn)業(yè)轉移浪潮。國際服務外包具有資源能源消耗低、環(huán)境污染少等特點,呈現(xiàn)出不同于以往加工貿(mào)易的低碳特性。作為一種可持續(xù)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展模式,國際服務外包成為各國轉變經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式、實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟低碳轉型的重要引擎。在低碳經(jīng)濟背景下,積極發(fā)展國際服務外包業(yè)務,促進企業(yè)價值鏈低碳重構成為我國企業(yè)實現(xiàn)低碳增值,提升企業(yè)競爭力,獲取持續(xù)競爭優(yōu)勢的必然選擇。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容有:第一,國際外包的相關概念,闡述選題有關的理論依據(jù),主要有交易成本理論、全球價值鏈理論、低碳經(jīng)濟理論。第二,國際外包形式對企業(yè)價值鏈低碳重構的作用研究。得出制造業(yè)務為主的外包結構限制了企業(yè)價值鏈低碳重構;服務外包業(yè)務能夠促進企業(yè)價值鏈的低碳重構。主張轉變外包結構,發(fā)展國際服務外包業(yè)務。第三,我國參與國際外包的現(xiàn)狀分析,并運用層次分析法對國際外包各因素作用于企業(yè)價值鏈低碳重構的影響力進行了研究。第四,以河北鋼鐵集團為例進行案例分析。結合實證分析結果,提出節(jié)能減排、與優(yōu)質客戶建立長期穩(wěn)定合作關系、積極開展并參與外包業(yè)務等對策建議,以有效促進企業(yè)價值鏈低碳重構。
[Abstract]:In the 21 st century, global warming is becoming more and more serious. Low-carbon economy has become the theme of economic development. At present, China has become the largest greenhouse gas emitter in the world. However, the mode of our country's participation in international outsourcing is still mainly to undertake manufacturing outsourcing business. "made in China" brings about high pollution and high carbon emissions, which seriously restricts the development of China's low-carbon economy. There has been a tide of industrial transfer with service outsourcing as the main force in the world. International service outsourcing has the characteristics of low resource and energy consumption and less environmental pollution, which is different from the previous processing trade. As a sustainable industrial development model, international service outsourcing has become an important engine for countries to transform their economic development mode and achieve low-carbon economic transformation. Under the background of low carbon economy, actively developing international service outsourcing business and promoting low carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain become the inevitable choice for Chinese enterprises to realize low carbon value-added, enhance enterprise competitiveness and obtain sustainable competitive advantage. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the related concepts of international outsourcing, including transaction cost theory, global value chain theory and low-carbon economy theory. Second, the role of international outsourcing on low-carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain. The conclusion is that the manufacturing outsourcing structure limits the low carbon reconfiguration of the enterprise value chain, and the service outsourcing can promote the low carbon reconfiguration of the enterprise value chain. We should change the outsourcing structure and develop the international service outsourcing business. Thirdly, the present situation of China's participation in international outsourcing is analyzed, and the influence of various factors of international outsourcing on the low carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain is studied by using the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). Fourth, take Hebei Iron and Steel Group as an example to carry on the case analysis. Combined with the results of empirical analysis, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions, such as energy saving and emission reduction, establishing long-term stable cooperative relationship with high quality customers, actively developing and participating in outsourcing business, and so on, in order to effectively promote the low carbon reconstruction of enterprise value chain.
